    samobi,

just a point only the noodle ones are free of the mug shots, the pasta ones are synned with the exception of the tomato and basil one which is free.
low fat supernoodles are free, all the others are synned. the ready to go in a pot fat free or low fat ones are free.

if you are handy in the kitchen you can make your own free soups with veggies, lentils, tomatoes etc and stock made from bovril (free if its in the jar, synned if you use cubes)

    hth

    Only just found this thread.
I joined SW 6 weeks ago today and if my weigh in is correct for tonight, I have lost 1 stone.
I would have liked it to fall off quicker but wouldn't we all?
I think the diet is great and have been surprised how much you can eat on it.
I do mostly red days because I can't believe eating so much pasta, rice etc: on the green could really make you lose weight, although they tell me it does.
If anyone needs this weeks password PM me and I'll pop it in your box.

  • I really won't be able to re-join Slimming World once the bump arrives as i wont have anyone to watch her or be able to afford the weekly fees :(

So in the spirit of mse - i will do it a home - using the boots scales to chart progress - luckily I have all the books to follow - but i wondered if anyone could help me with the extra allowance(s) you are given whilst breastfeeding.

One of the reasons for following Slimming World is it is medically approved for breastfeeding and it will also encourage me to ensure i keep a high intake of fruit and veg.

I was reading today that if you eat a lot of particular fruit and veg during breastfeeding your baby is more likely to take to that particular food during weaning :)

    Thanks in advance

Well done LilacLillie - 1 stone in 6 weeks is spot on! I'd love to be able to do that, especially for my holiday in late April, but however hard I try I then go and sabotage it or get lazy. I think I need to stay to class even if my little boy (he's 37 in May ) gets fidgety! :p

I haven't heard of that either! (Don't tell my OH!) Can't be any round our area as we have about 1/2dozen guys come to one of our three sessions on a Tuesday!
