  • Hi !

I did feel guilty tho and only ate half ! My last supper!!!

I am going to a class on Mon but I wanted to get some shopping in this weekend. I haven't a clue what to buy to try and see me thro the week.. Looking on web it looks like:-

    bovril (is oxo no good)
quark (dunno what this is like!)
muller light yogs (is it right these are free ?)
    Wholemeal bread
    loads of veg/salad/fruit

can you give me some tips for my shopping list

I have to do it this time about 5 stone to lose!!!
  • bb I reckon just enjoy your weekend - it is quite a bit to get your head round initially - and your class leader will explain it far better than I can.

If you can't get out to do any shopping during the week could you use tesco home delivery once you have a better idea of what to buy??

I wish you all the best!

  • I'd ideally like to lose 2 stone before my 18th birthday in July.

Still have my gym membership so Mum and I will be going twice a week and also packing in the ciggy's :D

    Good luck to everyone x

  • i put on 6 stone in first pegnancy( i know its aweful) have battled for last 15 years to shift the weight.Manage a stone with weight watchers but leader was often rude so i left. went on and lost a further 2 stones with slimming world but couldnt find one near me when i moved home. eventually found a rosemary conneley class. very nice and friendly AND the 30 minute aerobic workout they offer during class was fun. had the best result here. overall i found rosemary connoly classes the best, and i can say that in all i have lost 4 stone here in just 6 months.

Well quitting smoking for me isn't too hard as I quit for three months last summer and then went to smoking around 3 a day.
On the 22nd Talula will be finally able to be taken for walks so I'll enjoy some walks with my puppy :D
