Well today for breakfast I have had 2 weetabix with a banana and skimmed milk.
As a mid morning snack I had a banana and a shape lasting satisfaction mango yoghurt
For lunch I am planning 2 poached eggs, mushrooms and beans followed by fruit (if I am still hungry)
If I need to snack during the day I will have raw vegetables/fruit or shape yoghurt.
For tea I am planning a quorn bolognaise with loads of pasta. I will use 3 syns on my sauce mix so still have 7 to use in the evening which I will find something nice and chocolattey to spend it on!!!.
It is amazing how easy it is and just how much you can eat. I know as I have done it before several years ago and I got down to 9st 7lbs but it didn't last because I got out of the habbit of healthy eating and then fell pregnant and it was downhill from there!!!
I will post some more menu ideas later right now I am off to Tesco armed with my shopping list.
Lots of luck to everyone starting out on their journey - don't put it off bin/donate the choc and jump on board!!!

SW is great - I've lost 2 stone between Oct and Dec 2007 and it's not hard at all. I'm a veggie so do green days only and am amazed at how much I can eat especially unlimited potatoes/pasta/rice! :j
Can I just hijack the thread slightly and ask if anyone knows this week's SW online password as the class I went to this week (not my normal one due to New Year) didn't have it on display?
Thanks in advance and good luck everyone x* Rainbow baby boy born 9th August 2016 *

Hi everyone,
I will be embarking on my diet on feb1st, have 8 stone to lose!!!
Is this like a support thread or can anyone recommend a thread for weight loss support?
I am too nervous to join a class, want to do it myself. Have considered joining SW online but is a bit expensive. Would be nice to have some support. Total debt £21,000 :eek:Weight loss to date - 2 st, 2lb:j0 -
Hi Chloebelle nice to meet you.
Please please don't be nervous about going to a class - especially not a SW one, I can assure you that you will be greated with a warm and friendly welcome - a hug if needed - and a huge load of support.
Have you got a friend whom you could take along for support on your first night?
We are all planning on posting our losses:j /gains  here and gathering support from everyone along the way.
If you have any questions please send me a PM, this is my second time with SW and first time round I lost almost 4 stone with them and even went on to be a consultant.
You can do it girl!!!
Lots of hugs

Absolutely, please look into joining a class chloebelle - we are all here to support each other but the support you get from the group is just amazing. I really believe it is the best way to stay on track. Also, you may like to break your weightloss down into smaller chunks, aim for a stone rather than the whole lot at once, mentally it is easier to stay on track then.
PLEASE - bite the bullet, find a class and jump on board!! (PS the money issue is an extra cost that we could probably all do without, but when it comes to your health money really is irrelevant) xxPiggypoints - 207+£10 * Quidco - £95 * Tesco - 1095 * Sainsbugs - 4237I SHALL be debt free!!!!!:D

spend a little more then and join a gym, i'm 42 and this time last year I was 15st. a year on I weigh 12st 4lb, no fancy dieting, weighing food, eating cardboard. Regular exercise and a balanced diet was all it took. Don't think there is anyway of getting around it you HAVE to exercise. But good luck to all who make the effort lose a little a weight be it exercise or dieting.0
