    Chicken flavour, and yes, it is a low fat one. To make matters worse, DS has just phoned to see if we want to go for a meal tonight. Looks like I'll have to have pasta as I have just scoffed the super noodle. I think there is chicken carbonara on the menu, but it is covered in double cream :o

    have you no b's left to have a small piece of meat, then potatoes and veggies?

    I'll check out the menu as I do have one b left, so I could have a small piece of meat or fish. If I do that and stick to diet coke, I might just about get away with it

    i know. i really miss at the moment sprinkling cheese on everything, somehow 1oz just isn't the same as a handful.

    well on my 2nd hot lemon for today , for beackfast ive had cheesey beens on toast (fab) the cheese is one of my h/a and ,pear, grapes . Tonight im having chips , eggs ,beans or mushy peas , then greek yoghurt lemon curd 1/2 syn ( dont forget water guys ) more fruit . Then for super homemade rice pud , my two alpine bars .

    how do you do home made rice pud????????????? rice pud is one of my favourite all time foods.

    pudding rice , with mixed spice , sweetner , watered down milk from one of your h/a - i had one today cheese ,so im using my 2nd one on pud , place in micro and cook keep checking ,and sturing
  • Well, weigh-in today and I lost 5.5lb this week!!! I'm overjoyed! I was slimmer of the week, and total loss in 4 weeks is 1 st 4.5lb!
