Might have found my own answer about the burgers. In my old Food Directory (2005) Icelands beef quarter pounders less than 7% fat good choice 4 pack frozen are listed as being 1.5 syns on red, 10 on green. Assumming Iceland still do them, can anyone tell me if the syn values are the same?0

i have been flicking through the sw 100 free origanal recipes book.. and i have just made this..
crab pate..
8 crab sticks
125g can mackerel in tom sauce
2 tbsp v l fat from frais
tbs ( i used more) lemon juice
black pepper
i just put everything in a bowl and put the hand blender on it and it came out sooooooo lush !!!!!and it made a nice big amout.. syn free on a red day, nice with toastslimmimg world weight loss 6lbs

thank you so much. i know i just need to eat more. i think mentally i put myself on a "diet" as i wanted my stone award. anyways today i am eating like a horse, had huge bowl of fruit & yogurt for brekkie, huge baked tata & beans for lunch, also had banana, little orange, and half a pot of 0% total yogurt. also been drinking lots, hoping that'll help. i know i don't drink enough (no where near the 8 glasses a day you are meant to!!) only problem is running to the loo, still its all excercise i suppose!! still feeling a bit p'eed off, but your quite right, i would have been more upset if i'd put on!!!!

hi everyone , well i over did it last night had my starter ,fine ,dinner fine ,afters strewberries & and greek yoghurt - instead of strewberries & melted choc , but then came champaigne- wine , got !!!!ed:mad: :eek: , sorry to swear , so blow go,s my diet and my heads killing me
