Hi, I am trying to work out the syns for Bird's Eye steamfresh salmon in a creamy sauce with pasta, I bought it for £1 in Asda but it is not listed in my 2yr old directory.
It looks lovely but I don't want to eat it until I have the syn values.

If its the one with penne pasta and dill sauce it is red 2 syns and green 51/2 syns HTH

Just joined slimming world tonight. I like the idea of the diet, I'm hoping that I don't get bored with the variety of food.

I struggle with lunch ideas for each day, so if people have any useful pointers or suggestions I'll more than welcome them.

They are both healthy extras, 2 ryvitas counts as a speed food. 4 ryvitas as extra fibre- its up to you whether you have 2 or 4.

My first week weigh in this week and just lost 1.5lb.. thought i would have done better as i thought id done well this week.. better off than on though.

I made a spag bol last night with Quorn mince and cheated and used the jar mix I usually use. It was disgusting, it tasted of plastic, was it the Quorn mince ?

I have tried the chunks and it passed for chicken, but this mince was awful Anyone else found this ?
