I just joined Tuesday and have masses to lose.
On my 2nd Green day at the mo - can't wait to get to ASDA at w/e coz I've no fat free dressings in & everything tastes so bland at the mo - pasta salad etc.
Any recommendations?:mad: :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0 -

Been a good moggy today - I bought that Greek Total 0% yogurt yesterday, thought I'd give it a whirl - it's luvverly! I had some of that with a banana and some grapes and called it breakfast.
It's DD2's 5th birthday today, so I did us a picnic to take to Trethorne (local leisure farm); I did the usual rolls and stuff for the non-dieting members of the family (i.e. everyone but me), then I did hard-boiled eggs, and for myself I did a bowl of pasta, cucumber, sweetcorn, beetroot and ham (HEB), synned a teaspoon each of grainy mustard and honey, and mixed the whole mess up with more Total 0%. I also took Mini Babybel Lights, and had three of them as my second HEA (always count semi-skimmed milk as the first or only A), and took a little box of 12 cashews as HEB2.
I was feeling very virtuous, until we got to the place and I realised that I'd completely forgotten to take anything to eat it with
So, everyone tucked into their rolls, and I sat there picking pasta and gooey bits out of my pot with my fingers. Interestingly though, because I'd already eaten one of the hardboiled eggs and a cheese, I only got about 1/3 of the way down the salad bowl before I had to give up, absolutely stuffed!
I've eaten the rest of it since we got home, so I'm now not looking for dinner, though I will have something later.
There was a whole tube of Pringles on the picnic table as well, and I didn't touch it, nor have I had any birthday cake. I'm so proud of myself
Hope everyone has enjoyed their Valentine's Day

Well done on resisting the pringles and birthday cake Sarah! I'm not sure I would have been so strong! :rotfl:0

Congrats to everyone on their weightloss this week
Its my weigh in 2moro after my first week and I am really nervous about it! I have followed the plan and synned everything, but I have found it hard to eat as much as everyone on here seems to eat! I havent "dieted" or restricted my food- I just havent felt starving!
Today was a red day and I had
breakfast - Oatibix with millk
lunch - boiled egg sandwich in wholemeal bread (400g ) with 3 triangles of very light laughing cow and lettuce and cucumber
snack - jelly hartleys in a pot 1/2 syn and 4 seafood sticks
tea - mashed swede with 3 triangles of v light laughing cow, 3 quorn sausages and cabbage
then i had a huge pot of total 0% greek yoghurt with strawberries
thats me stuffed ! now i know i havent eaten all my syn allowance but i couldnt find anything to syn !
Will the fact that i havent eaten all my syn allowance stop me loosing weight? Also will the fact that i am now addicted to total 0% greek yoghurt and I am having 1 or 2 pots everyday mean I am eating tooo much and this will affect my weight loss?
Thanks

Thanks Catt! It was a bit weird - I even opened the tube for them but didn't feel the slightest inclination. Perhaps my tastebuds are becoming educated at last
The cake looks lovely (Tesco, chocolate-coated and scattered with little Smarties), but it was a b*gger to cut up, I broke two candles trying to get them through the coating, and I automatically licked my finger where I'd got a bit of the chocolate coating on them and got this really strange taste, not proper chocolate at all, and it put me off wanting to even try it. The kids (and DH, of course, the human dustbin) had no such qualms, they ate it without it touching the sides :rotfl:0 -

Thanks Skint_Catt - but I've not got that yet! Just prepped big salad for tomo - using ham from HE & egg & cold boiled potatoes too, so hopefully the ham'll flavour it a bit overnight.
OH is cooking me a moroccan casserole thing with Monkfish from the free mag I got when I joined (April 05?) - fish from HE, rest free - so will report on that later!
Looking forward to participating on this thread. Is there a forum on the SW website? :j:D:beer::eek::A:p:rotfl::cool::):(:T0 -

Hi, I am trying to work out the syns for Bird's Eye steamfresh salmon in a creamy sauce with pasta, I bought it for £1 in Asda but it is not listed in my 2yr old directory.
It looks lovely but I don't want to eat it until I have the syn values.:hello:0 -
