    tip of the day

    might make me sound a bit of a muppet this, but it works for me,
    i put anything high synned on the top shelves in my cupboard, healthy extras and low syns on middle shelf and free food on bottom shelf. stops me being tempted by high synned food in front of me,
    same with fridge, free & low synned at the front, high synned at the back.

    if it doesn't help anyone, least you can all have a giggle at how @nally retentive i am.

    nessa , i love red days , on red days you can have as much meat as you like ,only sausages most are syned , i have one day red one day green , if i have to much pasta my tum gos up like a ballon and i find if i dont drink enough i find it hard to go the toilet , so i have differet days . Today im on red ive had two nimble with two eggs a big plate of bacon on it (fab ), im having for lunch a steamfresh salmon &pasta 1syn , yoghurt, grapes and pear . AND for tonight as its valentines day , prawn cocktail - praws with fromage frais with a little garlic and a little tomatoe ketchup , little sweetner mixed together , then steak with pork chop , jacket pot , salad , then strawberries with some melted choc , will have to syn two to three sqares, and dont forget champagne to wash it down , this is were most of my syn for week will go tonight (worth it )-( the choc &champage) . on red you can eat as much fish to , its only pasta , pot, as h/b you weigh and rice is syned

    No worries :rotfl: I'm feeling rough today (home from work with a bad chesty cold) but I've already had a cream egg :rolleyes: didn't work on cheering me up so it'll have to be more Diet Coke :o
