Thanks Peachyest.
Looks like I will have to review the situation on Red and Green cos that looks like a great days menu.
I think I will have to spend some time over the weekend sorting out a proper menu for each day, also to incorporate lunches for work ( I am sick of jacket potatoes had my 3rd this week today)

nessa, for a green day lunch have you tried egg quiche? make a pack of batchelors savoury rice up (cook it) then chuck it in a baking tin thing, mix in 3-4 whisked up eggs, mix well and bake for about 20-25 mins (200 degrees, no idea what that is in gas) eat warm, or leave to cool, is yummy, syn free and easy to transport if you got to take it to work. i sometimes throw in some frozen country veg mix and an extra egg. be warned though its very very filling.
other lunches i have on a green day are mug shot, noodle ones are syn free, easy to do just add hot water to one in a mug, pasta n sauce (batchelors free one again) cook it night before and have cold the next day (some people like this some don't)0 -
