Hi all
Well done skintcat
I have my weigh in tonight, don't feel as if I have lost a stone, am sure I have eaten too much, all mainly free foods though (I think)
Oh well time will tell.
can anyone tell me if Muller Light Yogurt is free on Green pelase?

Nessa56 Mullerlights are free on both except for the lemon cheesecake and a few other 'with bits' in them - they have small syn values. All fruit and toffee ones are free always!0

muller is free on both days
p.s ones with layers and bits with sponge are a half or one syn i think0 -
Thank you fluffynit
don't mean to be a pain, but I have got the cherry one, is that free?
Need to know as can't find it online and it is sitting in front of me as we speak grinning and chanting "eat me, eat me"

:A you,ve been there for everyone else come on soggymoggy , like you said you were doing well , did you know if on a red day if you have fish from a chippy ,if you take the batter off its free , so next time your o/h go,s to the chippy just get fish and put a salad with it , keep fresh prepacked salad in friage and i always have jackets in there two , so there ready if i need them i put extra jacket in oven all the time , when im cooking , get a jacket out of friage and cut in half scoop out the filling mix with some laughing cow herb , bacon , spoon back into pud pop in oven by the time your o/h gets back there ready :j0

No worries - I always feel 'heavy' on weigh-in days - its psychological! I'm superticious(sp?) too - I will not eat or drink a drop after leaving work until after weigh-in - I've even been known to suck a piece of choc/cough sweet then take it out!0

hi nessa56 , we all fill that way on weigh in day , i nearly didnt go made lots of excuses in my head , , and even on the way there i was saying in my head if i can just lose 1 and if i dont after staying the same last week im not going again , i got myself that worked up . And when i got there my consultant took over 40 minets with new members , i didnt know anyone ,this is my 3rd week , first week 3lb ,2nd week stayed the same , this week 3lb , and i got feed up weaighting went home , so thats why we all do this thread to help each other , im staying to class to get back to my target thats 4lb and im not going to bother , ive been doing this since 03 and lost 2st 4lb and until last year kept it of well im nearly back there , but like everyone get bad days and fill really down on myself and hit the wine , or anything to hand . but thats why we are her on this thread , if i can help our little members club , with idears and surport , it helps0

hi nessa,
i always feel conscious of everything i eat on weigh in day, especially as mine is at night, i think its all going to make me weigh more, i even get in a panic about what to wear (did try wearing the same clothes, but got fed up with the rush to iron them for going out the house for 1 hour, lol)
i'm steadily losing an average of 1lb a week, sometimes that gets me down, esp when we have a fella in our class who lost 18lb the first week and loses 3 and 4lb every week. he just pee's me off. mind you he lives on fruit and veggies and personally life is to short for that kind of eating in my book.
i know slimming world works, i know i can eat as much free food as i want, yet still i feel i put myself on a "diet" watching portion sizes etc sometimes. think its sort of told us so much you must eat less to lose weight its programmed in our brains.
you'll get there, especially with the help of this thread, and all of the support we can give. i know its helping me along loads.
big hug to you, and fingers crossed for your weigh in.

Thanks Peachyest and skincatt
This is my first ever time having to watch my weight and it is really all a mystery to me.
put on 3 stone in the last 2 years, monopause, stopped smoking and underactive thyroid which isn't always responsive to the medication, but I wil do this and I really appreciate the encouraging words from you.
I will let you know how I get on (fingers crossed)
