Oh don´t leave us Lillys Mum!
It must be hard for you to look after a whole family on your own and cope while your other half is in Irak but you do need to look after yourself too. It sounds as if you have enough on your plate without trying to get to meetings but is there any way you could stay with us? I will do the weekly tally of everyones weight next week and you could just use your own bathroom scales for our weekly wi? You could use the 4.50 you save on meetings to buy all your muller lights.
Moving house is a stressful time and maybe it is too much for you at the moment but if you have a lot of weight to lose just think how nice it would be to have lost it when your other half gets back from Irak.
I don´t know if money has anything to do with it but if you are finding it expensive it might be because you were doing original days. Green days are much cheaper.
Anyway whatever you decide we are here for you whenever you need us!:grouphug:

Hex is healthy extra I think.
In the book beside H and HH it says:
These foods are particularly nutritious or are vital for good health; choose some of these every day.
S OR SS: These foods are low or extra low in energy density compared to others in the same food group, so have extra slimming power! Choose them regularly to speed or super speed your weight loss.

    hope that helps.
I am having quite a good day I think, though I haven´t added up the syns yet. I did exercise though and I think I am around 10 syns.

  • Hi there

It has been a while since I have done SW and things seem to have changed a bit. Last time low fat sausages were free on red days but now seem not to be and there were loads of tinned foods that were free and good as back ups to have in the cupboard but is that still so? Is there a list someewhere of free tinned food?

    Sorry so many questions!!

  • I have only been on this thread for a couple of days and you were so supportive and understanding of my situation/frustration on Monday night.

We are close to an army camp and I know it is terrible for those left at home when the men are away. :grouphug:hugs for you honey.

Hang on in there, and do what I have done for the last 8 months.I try not to put any weight on over the month, any I lose is just a bonus. When my house is sorted and I am back home my head will be inthe right place again to lose weight. TIll then I am just treading water.

  • Litha if you are in the north east of the UK then you are close to me, I am in Aberdeenshire. SW is great, if you want PM me and let me know which club you are thinking of joining. I have been to four different clubs at various times (once you join you can attend any one) over the years. There is another NE member on here too, Trixiebelle. We could have a meet at this rate:p

    heyy.
yeah, i think i'm really far away from aberdeenshire, my geography sucks.
i'm from newcastle/sunderland area, so i don't think you will have been to the club i'm thinking of attending, although i reckon if you walked there every week you will be well on track to weight loss! haha.
    thank you thoughh :cheesy:
