Thanks Catt, I think I need to stop thinking about calories, and just trust the SW plan to work. I know if I go on feeling hungry I will go mad one day and eat everything in sight!
Just got back from the gym, have been trying to persuade myself to go since New Year. I've been going on and off for a year or so (well more off than on to be honest). I know I feel better when I go, and it will help me lose weight, so I'm feeling a bit more motivated now I've taken the first step to getting back into it :A0 -
Hi there i asked my SW consultant last week why pureed fruits are sinned and the reply i got is its because it takes alot more fruit to make say a drink than it would to eat it i.e if you ate an orange chances are you would eat just one but if you wanted to make an orange juice drink then to get enough you would have to squeeze quite a few oranges hope that makes sense

Hiya, I am trying to work my way through this thread to get all your good tips you have given out. I am starting SW tomorrow but I cant get to any meetings so I am relying on the magazine and your guys help! I did do it a very long time ago but no longer have the books and I am a bit a fuzzy as to the do's and dont's. Could someone just quickly take the time to explain the hea and heb.
The kiwi in my name is that I want to emigrate to NZ in August (not to become a fruit) and that is the main reason I want to lose weight. I am looking forward to joining in this threadSW started 13/2Weight Loss 2lb0 -
hi wannabekiwi , well you can have 2 (a) cheese or milk and 2 (b) green - one could be weighted meat the and the scond is for your bread nibble 2 slices or cereal (-2 weetabix) and then you can have as much pasta, rice , veg , salad, fruit ,jacket potatoes as you like. Then on (red day - 1 (a )milk scond (a )cheese , then 1 (b )this time is weighed pasta, potatoe, the scond (b )is bread or cereal ) then as much meat as you like but sausages are syned so always check and as much fruit , salad, veg (not potatoes or peas ) but rest as much as you like , hope this helps , welcome0

Just come across your thread here, what a good idea. Just wanted to say keep up the good work, the plan does work.
Five years ago i weighed in at 17.5 st and reached my target of 9.5 two years later (including having my third child during that time).
I managed to keep in target range up until last Christmas, so back on plan again as i know i can loose it again.
Keep up the good work and i may pop in from time to time, support is so helpful no matter if you have one stone or ten stone to loose!0 -
