morning all,
no idea why, i'm starving today, had a huge bowl of summer fruits, and a banana, 2 coffee's 2 glasses of water, and still feel like ive not ate for a week.
for lunch today jacket tata and beans, muller light and a sugar free jelly, no idea what tea will be, got parental taxing duties tonight, so will be grabbing something when i get a moment
hope everyone has a good day0 -
Morning all, didn't get the job but not downhearted, never really felt right for me anyway.
Diet out the window yesterday, had a huge (I mean, like, 100g) wholemeal roll full of tuna, sweetcorn and mayonnaise (the middle-ground Hellmans one, can't abide the really low fat one), then ruined the whole thing by having fish 'n chips in the evening because I'd been moving furniture all afternoon and refused to cook!
Back on the wagon now, going shopping in Plymouth so will be able to have a jacket spud and beans in Spud-U-Like while DH pigs out on greaseburgers (skinny devil, burns it all off in minutes because he works in a fridge)0 -
wannabekiwi - sugar free jelly isn't syn free - made up I think an individual portion is 0.5 syns. The packets make four 'portions'.
I lost 1.5 last night which I'm really chuffed with! :j0 -
well done on your loss skint_catt,
yes sugar free jelly is 1/2 a syn per 142ml made up,
the hartleys posh ones that are 58p each are on 3 for £1 in morrisons today if anyone buys them (i do sometimes as they are easy for taking to work) these are also 1/2 a syn a pot0 -

(Thank goodness I wasn't carrying the baby when I fell down my entire staircase yesterday morning!)
I managed a piece of birthday cake though since I had to cancel my lad's first birthday party.
Gingham, hope you are not too sore from falling down the stairs, that must have been such a fright!! Are you ok now?
Trying hard again today. Had turkey rashers and grilled tomatoes for breakfast. I have turkey mince to use up and will make little meatballs later in a tomato sauce.
Gotta run, will catch up with the thread later on, welcome to all newbies!!
have a great, successful day :wave:0 -
