I’m looking forward to my speed mop arriving tomorrow! Mr KK is intrigued … 😉

Can you get earlier nights to help make up the sleep?

Hope this weekend passes without any water ingress! 😉

Is Mr KK intrigued enough to use the mop?

Hopefully the builders will be finished soon, and you'll be able to have a duvet day redo.

I spend most of my eye tests saying 'I can't really tell' :)

To be fair to him, ‘floors’ are his thing … vacuuming vaguely regularly, mowing definitely regularly (in the season), mopping - he’s the only person in the house that ever does it! 😉😂

I’m hoping having an effective ’system’ for mopping will help us both keep on top of it more 😊

It’s funny to remember that I used to clean ‘professionally’ when I was a student. I was good too … still hated it though! 😂😂😂😂

I really do not like the is this one better than that one & now is this one better.  I really want to shout something along the lines of HOW SHOULD I KNOW.  Usually with the appropriate swear word between how & should.  I don't mind the read from the top & now another etc - if I can't read it I can't read it & hearing tests are even worse.  Interestingly though I can usually with some volume hear BBC without the hearing aids , but most other channels I can't & movies (especially newer ones) I definitely can't.

I’m the same at the opticians I can never tell which is the better option. As for the puffing air into your eyes, I always get told to stop blinking but honestly how can you not blink when someone is puffing air into your eyes, it’s a natural reaction for goodness sake 😡
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • I’m the same. Although I thought it was the horrible fluorescent lights in my local specs*** I do wonder if my vision would be different if I wasn’t getting it tested in a basement with no windows

All of the above is why I left it c. 5 years between eye tests … (plus pandemic lack of appointments etc,)

We’re focusing on a single spot for declutterring and organising today - the tools / DIY drawer in the kitchen …. Wish us luck! 😉😂

Hope you managed a bit more sleep / rest last night.
