Windows open here too, and lots of laundry being done. I'm about to get changed into gardening clothes and try to get the three raised bed kits that are cluttering the place up made and installed.7

An excellent start to the week here as DS1 passed his driving test. Appointments for tests are hard to come by, and it would have been another six months if he had failed. Between the two of them it cost c£300 per month in lessons for the last two years, plus the various tests so a relief that this has ended. The insurance on their little car is up for renewal in a couple of weeks anyway, they are in no rush to go anywhere so it can wait till then. At least he has two years no claims from his provisional insurance.

That's great news, well done to DS1. My DD did one of those crash driving courses years ago (no pun intended 🤣), cost her a fortune but she passed first time. 2 weeks later she had her first ever epileptic fit and has been unable to drive since!I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)7
