    Good Morning Lovely Ladies.

MB2 yes, I see your post has been removed.  Seems a bit odd. I didn't think you were offering medical advice either.

Just edited to add.  One of my posts has been deleted too. 🤷‍♀️. Same reason given.

Watty.  Could it be the paint fumes that are giving you a headache. As well as keeping windows open I put out an open dish of sliced lemons. It sorts of draws the smell iyswim. I refresh them a couple of times a day.   It seems to help a bit.

I think you are spot on with your thoughts about house fabbing and personal fabbing complimenting each other,  I think our environment is crucial to our well being,  I know that a messy, untidy, disorganised house really drags me down.  I am really looking forward to buying my next house and putting down roots.  I am sure that upgrading my environment will upgrade my life. This house is ok, but it's not what I would choose as a permanent home.

Wednesday. Thanks for that.  Yes i will be glad to get back on track.  I don't know why I am finding it so difficult to stay focussed at the moment. I feel quite the failure!!!  Thankfully I did manage to sleep a bit better last night so hopefully I have broken the cycle.

    Onwards and upwards......

.I think all this rain and damp weather isn't helping my poor aged bones. 😉. Roll on some nice warm sunshine,  I know it's not been a particularly hard winter but it seems to have been dragging on for ever.  I am really hoping that i can have a sunshine winter holiday next winter to break it up a bit.   Ideally I would grab a last minute cheapie now before I start house hunting but I just  don't feel up to it.  I feel so fat and uncomfortable I wouldn't really relax and make the most of it. It would be a complete waste of time and money.

Oh dear I sound such a misery.......🙄.  Definitely need to buck my ideas up.......

I think the posts probably got removed because of this excerpt from MSE James's post:

For example, the below is absolutely not permitted:

"I have the same condition as you, [medicine name] worked wonders for me."

"Can anyone recommend an alternative to [medicine name]?"

"You should ask your GP to refer you for [procedure name]."

MB2  I think your post that was deleted is still there in my post where I quoted you, I found your post supportive and helpful.  I can't see medical advice in it.  Mine  hasn't been removed where I said @helensbiggestfan might get a referral for a bone scan which sounds like it is against their rules but then again she had said she was thinking of having one and paying for it so my suggestion was moneysaving

It feels like we can't support each other which is unfortunate, I've needed a lot of that lately but anyone can have a rough time.

I agree, maybe we need to steer clear of our ailments!

Sharing a life experience is what this is all about is it not?
Life is too short for all to learn from our own mistakes.

Absolutely understand what they are trying to maintain.
Perhaps if needed the OP should be contacted directly - something maybe just needing a tweek to fit appropriately if it is considered against the rules.

  • @helensbiggestfan Love the pic!!!! Well done on your new teeth - it’s been a long wait, but worth it in the end. I bet that you feel a lot better now with your bright and confident smile! Now just tackle the weight and when you get back into your lovely clothes you will rock this lady!!

I too will have new teeth soon. I go next week for all the prep and by the end of the month I’ll (hopefully) have my new permanent implants. It’s certainly been a long time coming, as you well know.

I was contacted directly, it just said that I had broken their rules and gave me a link to them. They just obviously think that by telling you about my experiences, I was offering medical advice.
