Ibits4321, yes it's a bit frustrating. If you have access to a branch I recommend going in with ID and asking what's going on. I did that 23 days after getting the "10 day" text; the person I spoke with did something on his computer, told me the account would be open in a couple of days, and it was.

I'm still waiting, 15 calendar days after completing the tasks, hopefully soon.

Many people did report on various threads here that they have received their £125, I think ranging widely from about 5 - 19 days after completion. It goes into the global money account.

I am dubious if I will get the reward just as it took 26 days to send me my card, but in theory I followed all the rules so should hopefully get the £125?

Yes, received yesterday 10th. This is significantly less than the stated 20 days since completing the requirements, closer to 10.

Yes, I did 5 x £1 Amazon top-up payments and received the £125.

Does anyone know if a charity donation counts for the five uses of these cards?

Finally received £125, although for me it has been a hassle. Had to message them via the app then call them, but they made the payment whilst I was on the call. This was 21 days after I met all the criteria. Hope the £80 is easier!

@horsewithnoname, they only mention the following exclusions: gambling transactions, credit

card or insurance payments, cash withdrawals and card to card payments. So I think card payments to charities should work.
