    I didn't get any text and nothing via email, yet today (29th November) I had my pin and card arrive on the same day ......not great arriving together! I don't have anything else, but going to transfer £1500 now into the account.Its taken just under a month to get mine not the 10 days HSBC were promoting, so I think they have been silly bizzy with this one!

    As per the T&Cs, only new customers opening a Premier or Advance account were eligible. Which account did you open?

    I think just a new current account , thought I was opening the correct one 😭😭
  • I applied on Friday 3rd Nov and only received my card and pin yesterday 29th Nov. 

    Logged into the app / tfr'd £1,500 in and out / ordered the global money card and opened the global money account / order 5x 1p SIMs on Amazon as recommended by another user in this thread! 

    I am dubious if I will get the reward just as it took 26 days to send me my card, but in theory I followed all the rules so should hopefully get the £125?

    I've done exactly the same having only received my card yesterday too.
  • I applied 25 October, account opened on 19th November, tasks completed 23rd November. No sign of the £125 yet but I am fully expecting to receive it. If you meet the offer terms and conditions then they should fulfill their part of the deal.

  • Right, yes, my post was mainly in response to hst96 who seemed a bit unsure, but I am confident for myself and anyone who meets the conditions.
  • I applied on the 3rd of November and received the '10 days' text but nothing since. Its extremely concerning how slow they are....I was planning on switching bank accounts but don't think I'll bother if this is what customer service is like.
