Just to update for my own question - the app updated this morning now showing the pending cashback for current spent, just seems to lag a bit. Cat flea treatment, supermarket shop this weekend should take me up to the £200 to trigger the payout

I had an issue with my Barclaycard showing in the app, but not my new account. It took a branch visit to resolve it, apparently I had two different profiles and they had to be merged. Debit card arrived today.0

If a switch completed but DDs were possibly not set up in time, would Barclays notify the account holder that the incentive would not be paid ? A friend of mine has not been paid the incentive although I have and we both completed the switch on the same day , 15th Nov. Does anybody know ?0

Darn - Just had a letter from Barclays that my partner's switch from Nationwide is going ahead on 27th Nov. But only one problem - Looks like it's showing the Nationwide account being switched out of has an incorrect name - albeit my name instead of my partner's name. Tried to call Barclays, but their line is very busy. What shall we do now? Have we messed up the switch and can we still rectify it?0

Have you received a list of payments that are supposed to be switched yet? I believe some have reported that this was provided in the documents section of the app at around day 2. I would have thought Nationwide would have contacted you by now if you are already on day 6. If there is a switch happening, you should be able to see the DDs on the account by tomorrow morning. But it seems unlikely both Barclays and Nationwide wouldn't notice the account being switched doesn't belong to the switcher.When I started my switch, I had a notification from Ulster on day 1. It's the fastest I've ever known them do anything. I was expecting them to send the 'sorry you're leaving us' letter by carrier pigeon sometime in 2024.1
