i applied for plum and moneybox on 4 november and they showed up on my santander doner account on 7th and 8th November 
paypal is quick to show up as well, linked in a matter of days not sure about two separate accounts,

Press Products on the bottom menu and you will then see Switch current account under Our Services

Eagerly waiting its arrival. Have a holiday with the grandkids to pay for next summer, one of my direct debits but can pay off a lump sum at any time so £200 this month and £200 next and that's £20 pocketed with a minimum of fuss.

Debit card details should be available in the app, so you can use it online at least. I made a £200 deposit to a NS&I Direct Saver and it cleared before my physical card had arrived. Still don't even have my PIN letter (although you can check that in the app too). Cashback cleared within 48 hrs and a withdrawal to my current account has been requested

Same. Am wondering whether the full details may become visible when the Mobile PINsentry feature is available (which it says can take up to four days for security reasons)?

In the app under "Your cards" I've got a symbol on the right that looks like an eye that says "View card details & PIN" (under the bigger picture which shows a card with the last 4 digits of the card number). Can't recall if it was available before or after the PIN sentry activated, but either way I was able to use the card online before the physical card had arrived.

and I'm sure I'll be able to do the same but not yet. I guess that "eye" becomes visible after a few days.

I'm a bit late to the party, but have had a remarkably smooth process so far compared to others. ID verification went really smoothly (worked first time), likewise account opening. Got the 00002 error on the Barclays app at the end, but Google suggests this error means there is a temporary block due to unusual activity, it resolved itself within about 30 minutes without any action from me. Barclaycard app remained fine throughout.

I'm pausing here to let DDs set up on donor account. As it's an RBS-group account, I have the added fun of not being able to easily check when they are set up.

It's well known that a Paypal DD stops working after a CASS switch and the new bank account needs to be set up separately at Paypal. Is this also the case with Plum (presumably yes, because it also requires OB access)?

5 days after my £200 debit card deposit at YBS and cashback is not showing as pending. I might have to open an NS&I direct saver to snaffle the tenner for the 5% cashback on Cashback Rewards.
