Debit card details should be available in the app, so you can use it online at least. I made a £200 deposit to a NS&I Direct Saver and it cleared before my physical card had arrived. Still don't even have my PIN letter (although you can check that in the app too). Cashback cleared within 48 hrs and a withdrawal to my current account has been requested

I am not a Barclays customer. I downloaded the Barclays app. I attempted to join and open a bank account using the app. I got to the Identity check stage, and the video capture stage kept failing. I tried 10 times. Anyone else had this trouble? I guess my next step is to go in to a branch in person, with my ID (drivers licence), and see if they can help me..

How long before the Plum and moneybox DDs showed up on your doner account. Can the PayPal one be set up quickly and can you make a payment from one account to 2 separate bank accounts i.e mine and my wife's.
ThanksCheers!!!0 -

You will need to book an appointment at a branch (should have received a message when they were unable to verify your ID electronically) and take in two forms of ID. Make sure you have your fully charged phone with you as well, because you should be able to complete the set-up through the app while in the branch. I was there over an hour, by the way.
I received a text message from Barclays relating to my mobile banking registration telling me to call {Removed by Forum Team}. Not 100% sure that's the right number for booking your appointment, but could be worth a try.1 -
So I have opened the account thru Barclays app and as soon as I logged out I could not logged back in as it was asking for debit card and pin. Had to wait few days until the card and pin arrives then managed to log-in and switched on blue rewards and paid in £800, I then switch my old account to this account and got a notification that the switch will complete on the 21st.
My question is when can I withdraw the money please? and what can I do to avoid the monthly £5 fee or do I not need to worry about it as it will automatically waved since I have 2 dd's already in my old account which is about to get switched to Barclays.
Thankssave for the rainy days0 -
