All I wanted to see was the PCN/NtK, which you have shown us. We do not need to see any debt collector letters and you should use them to line the bottom of a cat litter tray.

Just follow the advice. Because this was in Scotland and you are also resident there, it will go no further than the debt collector letters.

UKPC are a bunch of scammers that have hit on a way of frightening people into paying them money, they operate in an unregulated industry they are so dodgy they used to have at least three postal addresses one was a sorting office at Hillingdon, one was a newsagent near Denham and their claimed HQ was a fake address in Coventry.

Yet I used to live near their actual HQ in Beaconsfield, I believe they have now moved to Wooburn nearby.

You see they are so dodgy they don't want you to know where they even operate from.

Don't contact them or their equally dodgy debt collectors, but wait for any official looking paperwork and come back here, nothing to fret about they won't go anywhere near a court in Scotland, they mainly only make threats in England and Wales.

They are just old school bullies that have been overcome with greed and their own sense of self importance they have no scruples, and they are not in any way an authority, don't let them bully you, you are now amongst friends on here.

The BPA do like their money scammers because they pay them membership fees ?

After the whole load of rubbish with UKPC and CST law in scorland, UKPC are simply known as money scammers

Clearly the same in England and Wales as the favourite legal UKPC uses is DCBL who keeps on their discontinuation of rubbosh UKPC cases
