No we don't need to see any documents
Just follow the advice I've given you
That is quite literally the end of the matter .1 -
UKPC are trying it on in Scotland again
Last time they used a so called law firm called CST / CREDIT STYLE
They bombarded Scotland with this type of letter and ended up in disgrace
GCTT are just glorified debt collectors and they may well be bailiffs but bailiffs are only good if you went to court, lost, and did not pay
These are just nasty scary letters hoping you are a mug.
So they are going to send in solicitors, OH WOW ..... it would be a very daft solicitor who tries to bring a case in a Scottish Court FOR £100
WONDER WHO THIS WILL BE ???
YOU ARE BEING SCAMMED and as said just ignore this
and if there is a foolish solicitor who wants to try their luck in Scotland do let us know2 -
Not that you needed to show us that GCTT letter at all, but you have cropped off the bottom of that letter.
Did you read the words bottom right of that letter?...Those words that say "GCTT Certificated Enforcement Agents t/a ZZPS Limited".
In other words, GCTT is just another trading style of ZZPS Ltd.
With thanks to @Castle who pointed this out on another thread just two days ago.4 -

Thank you, the letter made me think I was going to court at first and gave me a scare. I've told them I am mentally and physically disabled, yet they are harassing me for £170 for 13 minutes of parking. The fact they created another company and said they are 'enforcers' who were contacted by ZZPS is appalling. BPA weren't much help, and the supermarket is not responding.KeithP said:Not that you needed to show us that GCTT letter at all, but you have cropped off the bottom of that letter.

I just wanted to know if I should contact them again or ignore, the consensus so far seems to be ignore unless its a court date or a solicitor.
Someone else mentioned earlier that they are possibly breaching the equality act, as they aren't giving disabled people a grace period, Ill be sure to mention that if a solicitor takes on my case.0
