That's really sad news about your friend's sister @Coxy11. How awful for her.🤗
I really hope you manage to find the passport @NornIronRose. What a dreadful dilemma!🤔
I agree that everyone's target is personal to them. You don't even have to have a fixed target if you don't want to just keep going 7lbs at a time until you feel comfortable. I was more interested in getting into a size 12 in a decent brand than the number on the scales. My target weight is actually 10st 7lbs but I'm 5ft 9 so much lower and I look too scraggy. On the height/weight charts, my target weight is bang in the middle of healthy for my height so that can be a good guide.
It's been a lovely bright day here too @joedenise and I too got bedding out on the line. It's supposed to be the same tomorrow so I'll get towels done then. I'd started to despair of any more outdoor washing this year!
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB toast, bacon, egg (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- Spanish omelette (P,F,S), ham (P), pickles (S)
D- roast chicken (P), SW roast potatoes, LM stuffing (F), many vegetables (S)
Syns- HM gravy 4, weekend wine😁1 -

I suppose the 4lbs you were told makes 7lbs between previous target weight to the new one (by including the 3lbs to get to bottom of range). 🤔

Coxy so sorry to read about your friends sister, how awful 😥 How is your Dad doing? Thanks about loss and yes as others say 7lb increments and yes you can use the 3lb that keeps you in your bubble.

@beanielou so sorry you seem to be having a series of falls, must frustrate you terribly as well as the pain and bruising. XThe best thing about the future is that it comes one day at a time. (Abraham Lincoln)1

Got the puffed wheat in Sainsbury's and was delighted that they were only 60p. Til I got home and realised they are just wheat. No honey. Nothing. Not sure what I can do with them to make them tasty. Any suggestions welcome.
So bloomin hungry now. Just sat in stationery traffic on the motorway for 2 hours with no food or drink in the car. Had a salad way too many hours ago. Just glad neither of us needed the loo.
Back in Luton now and buying takeaway for my daughter and friend. I'm going to go home and make an omelette with some cheese cos I need something quick as I have about 4 hours work to finish off before I can go to bed.
Been a really stressful day. Looks as if my daughter will have to cancel her holiday as her passport is nowhere to be found.1 -
Oh dear @NornironRose, how awful that you didn’t find the missing passport. I feel for you and your daughter. Poor girl missing out on her holiday. ☹️
Sounds like you just bought Puffed Wheat. I have that on WI days. You can have loads for a HEB and top it up with banana and berries. It will make a really filling breakfast,2
