Eating before you go is a good idea @NornironRose. Hope you managed to fit it in.
If you like Puffed Wheat they are probably the bulkiest of breakfast cereals as they are so light you get loads. I think they taste like popcorn. Or Weetabix as you don't need to weigh those.2 -
Hi everyone,
Sorry @bubbs - happy belated birthday and well done for staying on track!! Thank you for the apple pie recipe x
I was home alone last night as DD went out after work with colleagues. I made SW carbonara for us both - so lovely and filling and really quick.
Went to group this morning but didn't WI as still look to be at top of target naked, so save for stripping off in the church hall I need another good week on plan. Have taken a food diary to complete as it really helps.
Good luck @NornIronRose - hope you can resist the cake and other beige food today!
DD going to Brighton tonight so I'll have one of the freezer leftover meals I think. Still haven't had lunch yet!

I like the Honey Monster wheat puffs with a touch of honey! I can sit and eat them like popcorn while I'm sitting watching TV! Like puffed wheat you get loads for HEB.

Taster session went well this morning , I got breakfast free
We have a SW butcher in the next town and he does SW packs and everyone has said his sausages are lush. One lovely lady went to the bother of turning those into cocktail size sausages for us to sample. OMG - absolutely lovely. His pork are 1 syn, the beef 1/2 syn and she assured us she got three cocktails out of one sausage and they were HUGE compared to a normal ready made cocktail. So I had three of those. Consultant made a batch of mini weetabix muffins wee tiny ones and said the whole box was free if used as the HEB ( would make 6 full sized ) Her chocolate ones I found too sweet but she had lemon ones, just a hint, not cloying sweet, defo going to make those to have as a sweet treat. I couldn't eat a lot, half a mini one of each flavour was enough for me, but I can see how good they are to satisfy a sugar craving
A lot of dessert type foods which I dont bother with as a rule but it would have been rude not to taste. The SW blueberry cheesecake I did like, no sweetness about it, just creamyI got 22 cocktail sticks made with the 65gr low fat feta/greekstyle cheese and tbh, I wouldn't want to eat it as a Feta in a salad, with the pickle and the roll of ham it was really nice. Totally free if using as a HEA. Great for those nights when nothing but a glass or 2 of something alcoholic is wanted , avoids the picking at nuts or crispsWell I weighed in with a LB off. I weighed on mine twice this week and know Im lower then what SW say, my scales are calibrated every time I step on them so Im happy enough.I was so bad in work though, I mean not enough to do any damage , but having the taster before work got the old gastric juices flowing and come 12, my stomach thought my throat had been cut so when the chef put the pile of left over soda up for the staff, I went for it and took a piece . BLOODY FRIED lol I ate it and went sod it . Id have made a healthier choice with taking a scone !!!!!! lol. Still, its too late now. Ill suffer with wind for the rest of the day but Im home so I can blame the dog@NornironRose , granola so isnt worth the syns, I make this one date-sweetened-3-seed-granola . I use natural peanut butter - no oil or salt added, you can use powdered, and I just buy a cheap bag of mixed seeds. Now I just use a tablespoon to give my overnight oat a wee bit of texture, I dont eat a bowlful. Make my overnight oats and just add that as a wee topping. First batch I didnt add enough cinnamon, Im sure I used what the ingredients stated but next batch Ill be adding a bit more2 -

Well done @bubbs and @Longwalker on your losses! 👏👏👏
Have you had the Percy Pigs yet @bubbs? 🤔🐷
I'd be stocking up on those sausages @Longwalker. As you said, an ideal nibble but I'd use them for pigs in blankets too. I'll be making mine soon and freezing for Christmas Day 🐷1
