Breakfast ended up being brunch of a wholemeal muffin (HEB) and 1 BGTY sausage (1 syn) plus a sachet of tom ketchup which came up as (1/2 syn)
Dinner rest of the pork, pepper pasta ragu with reduced fat cheddar (HEA)
Milk for other HEA
Snacks Tunnocks tea cake (5 syns)

Finally got round to googling STS! Well done beanielou.
I have WI this evening. Hoping for at least a pound off but nervous after Friday's too many syns and not as much exercise as I usually do.
Every other day has been good. Rarely going over 5 syns and filling up on speed foods where I can.1 -
@NornIronRose weigh in for me tonight too, I am still trying to get used to being at target and ideally would like to keep near bottom of range so I can relax more when out and about.
