    Sorry to hear you're still not 100% @maddiemay. ☹️ You may not feel like eating your normal meals but what you are eating sounds healthy. Hope you get better really soon.

    Been lovely here today 16 , sunny and lovely, my neighbour came round at 4 and said your brave , as we had the door open, but oven was on, nice to have the fresh air.

    Had an unexpected visit to the company shop today walked our with........................Nothing, ZILCH!!

  • Finally got round to googling STS! Well done beanielou.
    I have WI this evening. Hoping for at least a pound off but nervous after Friday's too many syns and not as much exercise as I usually do. 
    Every other day has been good. Rarely going over 5 syns and filling up on speed foods where I can.

    @NornIronRose weigh in for me tonight too, I am still trying to get used to being at target and ideally would like to keep near bottom of range so I can relax more when out and about. My problem is totally lack of organisation and pre-planning.
