My freezer is exactly the same @Jellybaby! Due to the huge volumes of tomatoes I'm getting filled up with various tomato sauces as well as giving loads away and also eating loads! Seem to be eating tomatoes with nearly everything at the moment.

Well done on winning the raffle @Jellybaby. Lentil soup is my absolute favourite but I like it best with the stock from boiling my own gammon. I've tried using a ham stock cube but never the same. 🤔
I do an almost 'syn free' cheese sauce too but it uses both HEAs (milk and cheese) plus a tbsp of cornflour. It's fine on a day I'm not having cereal for breakfast.
It's DGD1's birthday today and we're seeing her later so a piece of cake will be compulsory. 😁
The rain has just started here @joedenise, later than forecast but absolutely tipping it down. Like you, I cleared the washing basket yesterday including bedding and towels so OK for a while.
Today's EE plan -
B- bacon, eggs (P), HEB toast, HEA milk for drinks
L- Spanish omelette (P, S, F), pickles and tomatoes (S)
D- beef in 'red wine' (P, S), SW roast potatoes (F), speed veg (S)
Syns - cornflour 1, cake and wine 🎂🍷0 -
We haven't got the rain yet but looking at the forecast it's due to reach us about 4pm!
Picked another huge haul of tomatoes this morning so have chopped up the older ones and have now got a SC full of bolognaise sauce which will get portioned up and frozen tomorrow. Just need to rearrange the freezers yet again! Think I'm probably going to redo the menu plan this week to use up at least some of it with spag bol this week!

When it feels cold @beanielou I tend to eats lots of soups and stews as they can be really filling full of Speed so helps with the weight loss. Not feeling cold here at all - it's still in the 20s so quite warm.
I definitely find it easier to lose in the winter than the summer as not as keen on salad as @bubbs seems to be🤣0 -
Evening all
The dogs have just gone home, well about an hr ago , so hoovered up and all back to normal for a little while.
Yes Denise i do like salad in the summer, but put simply when it's nearly 40 degrees in here even sitting eating a hot meal you are just sweating that's without the oven on! but today had been a banging roast!!

They were hug Beanie and all for 1 syn each
Maman, the dogs are REALLY good, my sister would have a fit if they pinched food. They just lay on the floor, they know not to beg. Then when we have finished and washed up they get chicken skin and a bit of chicken each, then just say all gone and show them your hands and they go and lay down again 🥰Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0
