Hi all, STS is good for birthday week @Coxy11. The salsa sounds nice @annabanana82 hope you find a recipe.
Very happy with three off this week. Now to do the same for the week ahead!DS1 has made lasagne for dinner tonight. Still to work out syns but hopefully not too bad - he uses cheese sauce as we don’t like bechamel and sparingly as we like it quite firm. Not fussy much 🤣
May have a G & T depends how many syns left after the lasagne.0 -
That's a great loss @Jellybaby! 👏👏👏 It's so good when the scales reflect a good week.
We like cheese sauce with lasagne too. I make my own but I know @joedenise uses the dried mix.
Hope you get your G&Ts, a celebration is very much in order. 👍1 -

Food looks fab again @bubbs and love dog picture.Great loss too @JellybabyHad a surprise star week today so think I might give the scales a miss in the morning. I don't think I look bloated but I sure feel it.Dropped DS1 at uni this morning and stopped off at the garden centre for lunch, went with a fish finger sandwich and a scone! Finishing the day off with only fruit now. Mainly stopped at the Garden centre to check out the butcher department but think I'll stick with Gloucester services as their beef is very good value, and lean stewing steak half the price of our local farm shop (at least it was in June).Got a run planned for Monday and Zumba Thursday so hopefully will see a nice loss next week nowMake £2023 in 2023 (#36) £3479.30/£2023

Morning all, glad to say all washing has been done as the forecast for today and tomorrow is rain, rain and more rain! No doubt by Tuesday there will be a basketful again that needs doing! Will need to do it then as it's the only day with a low risk of showers for the whole week!
Well done those of you with losses and STSs. I may go back to WI this week or I may leave it another week - will see what my scales are showing but at the moment it's just a tiny 0.5lb loss - would really like to shift at least another half before I weigh again as fed up with being right at top end.
The last couple of times I've made cheese sauce @maman I've actually used a synfree recipe I found (well apart from the HEA for cheese!) which uses stock and Primula Light. I works quite well, particularly with things like pasta bakes and fish pie. Not used it in lasagne but no reason to think it wouldn't work for that too.
Today's plan:
B - fry up - P; S; F; 2
L - burger, onions, gherkin slices in WM roll - HEB; S; 0.5
D - chicken tray bake, green veg - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - WM roll
Syns - sausages 2; burger 0.5
Have a good day everyone.

Morning all, been up since 6. Usually I’d lie and read if I couldn’t get back to sleep but got up and done loads!Forgot to mention I won the raffle yesterday which was everything lentil soup related🤣 so lentil soup is in the slow cooker and I’ve a huge pot of leek and potato on the hob. No idea how I’m going to fit it all in the freezer.
Silverside with onion gravy for dinner today and that’s on the go too. Coffee next then bathroom clean 😬0
