No heating on tonight then @bubbs. You have to pay for the car! 😉🤣

Chinese looks amazing, the containers make all the difference. 😁

It's not often I'm the first in the day to post. Where is everyone? Hope all OK. 😊

Wet and miserable here. ☹️ That's the weather, not me. 😁

At last today I finished off the light mayonnaise. Note to self, look carefully next time and buy LTL! I really don't think any difference in taste is worth the extra syns.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB toast, HEA 1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs, ham (P), tomatoes (S)
    L- JP (F), tuna and spring onions (P, S), pickles (S)
    D- meatballs in tomato sauce (P, S, F), spaghetti (F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - mayo 2

Afternoon all, I'm OK just later than usual as decided to go to group this morning even though we overslept!  Didn't wake up until just after 8am!  Was quite happy with STS, would have been happier with a loss but I'm not going to moan about it as STS is definitely better than a gain!

It's still dry here although a bit grey and overcast.  I think it's forecast to rain later this afternoon and then most of the time until Sunday!

I'm having an unexpected old style Green day but won't be using the extra HEB!  So today's plan:

    B - mushroom omelette - P; S
    L - spicy carrot and lentil soup - P; S; F
    D - butternut squash and chickpea curry, rice - P; S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - had a Skinny Dream after lunch and will have another one this evening
Syns - none planned but may have a G&T later.

@maman - I buy the Tesco LTL mayo which is actually on offer this week for £1 as opposed to Hellmann's at £2.65 - I can't taste the difference between them and absolutely agree with you it's not worth the extra syns for the Light mayo which is what I ended up with last time because I couldn't find any LTL!  Very frustrating.  Just glad I don't use a lot of it.

Hope everyone is having a good day.

PS  It started raining about 30 minutes after I posted!

Afternoon all.  Very grey and wet here too @maman.

Think the only way I managed to not put a lot on in America was due to only really eating 1 proper meal a day, a few snacks and LOTS of walking.

Was in the office yesterday which was freezing as the heating isn't going on till November apparently (but the big bosses have heating in their building...)  Today had some branflakes for breakfast, lunch was carrot and coriander soup and dinner is a veggie pasta bake.

Hope everyone's has a good day!

Good afternoon, the rain arrived lunchtime as expected. OH is feeling a little better, but I am not yet.. Cough is never ending got up at 02:00, can't lie down or recline. I have my emergency pack of BSs, but no sign of infection.  I have ordered a V shaped pillow to arrive tomorrow, hope that will help.
Today I have eaten a bowl of fruits and yogurt and for lunch a WM toasted pita with marmite and Peanut butter, not at all inspiring today. Will try and get to chemist tomorrow for Benylin and stuff.

@joedenise a STS not to be sneered at, but still bit of a let down sometimes.
@bubbs ouch to the car bill.

    Stay safe from the storm.

Well done on the STS @joedenise.👍 That's often all you need if you're still in range. I know you'd prefer more leeway but it's so hard to lose when you're close to target. ☹️

Thanks for the heads up on the Tesco LTL mayo. I'm going dancing later (despite torrential rain) and will call in there on the way back.

You didn’t say what size the single meal of the day was in the US @ruby_eskimo! 🤣 Boo to the bosses having heating. I bet Steve Barclay isn't shivering. 😉

I've got a V-shaped pillow @maddiemay. My mum bought it for me years ago and it's brilliant for sitting up in bed. I just use mine for reading but I hope yours helps you get some rest without coughing. 🤞you start to feel better soon. 🤗
