I use the meal planner on the website but unfortunately it doesn't highlight when you're low on Speed. Having said that it does actually put a S or P against the relevant foods so you could work it out from that but think it would be a good idea if you didn't have enough it was highlighted in some way.
The only thing where that's highlighted seems to be if you do an actual Food Diary where you have to put Speed foods into a box on it's own and if you don't fill the box then you should probably have more! I think it would be good if the app/website planner did highlight that sort of thing.2 -

@beanielou, great result, bet you are chuffed@ruby_eskimo, sounds like you had a holiday of a lifetime and basically stayed on track? Kudos . What a nightmare to come back to though. Hope you get through it all unscathed and in one piece@bubbs - food as always look lush. I stopped photographing, my phone is full of random food pictures lol@MrsPorridge, try to add veg to everything, seriously every meal, get the veg - or fruit on the plateIf Im going for a bread day - Nevilles Wholemeal ( from Tesco ) 2 slices = HEAB, I take one slice , spread with a dairy lea light, then top with tomatoes, cucumber , beets, rocket, sliced pickled red onion, pickled cabbage, then I load it with either tinned fish - tuna or mackerel , or ham/chicken or whatever and sometimes if Im really hungry stick a poached egg on. Takes forever to eat and leaves me stuffed, much more filled then just grabbing a sarnie, and it gets the speed in meAlso something that works for me is to stop thinking salad and veg are for lunch and dinners. Im happy now to eat a salad for breakfast. Its not so weird, when I go to Turkey or Greece its common to have veg for breakfast, tomatoes , cucumber in particular.Uppy downy sort of day today - a ten till two shift which I find really hard food wise. I packed up my yoghurt and fruit and oat bran to eat when I found a car parking space but eating at 9:30 in the morning means Im hungry again by 1 or 2, and thats too long to wait till supper/dinner and that becomes dangerous for me - crisps and bread is usually on the cards. So I grabbed a cup of pumpkin soup at work - tea cup size which helped but I was feeling hungry at 3 when I got in so I made a coffee and had one of those lighter then light type bars to keep me away from the bread bag. Supper was chicken curry stuffed full of tomatoes, onions and spinach, boiled rice and an air fried onion bhagee . Well over on the Syns ( Including the scotch ) but still on a calorie deficit so hoping I get away with itIm tired, not sleeping, too many worries at the moment. Tired is also very dangerous to me2
