Had a good day with my friend in London. Enjoyed seeing Kensington Palace. The exhibition was about how both early Georgian court dress and what people wear for today's events like Oscar ceremonies was OTT.
Food was not SW friendly but I enjoyed it. Bread, crisps and wine were involved. Back on plan tomorrow.
Safe journey home @bubbs and enjoy your trip in the MH with your new fridge @joedenise. 😊3 -

@joedenise Glad the fridge in your mh is sorted now. Enjoy your holiday.
I fell off the wagon slightly last night, we went to the pub and I had two large glasses of wine! But, we came home and ate at home so hopefully a bit of damage limitation there. We will find out tomorrow morning at WI
Breakfast was toasted wholemeal muffin with honey (HEB and 2.5 syns), lunch was hm veggie soup and we went to the cinema and I had a Tunnocks tea cake (5 syns), Tea was SW sausage (and that's the last of them we did not like them they were very tough, I will stick with BGTY from Sainsbogs in future for 1 syns), SW chips and egg. Pudding was meringue nest 2.5 syns and banana and orange with FF natural yoghurt.Debt free and Keeping on Track1 -
Glad you had a good day in London @maman. You'll be fine with the extra syns as you don't use many during the week.
Good luck for WI tomorrow @MrsPorridge. Agree with you about the SW sausages - they're awful. Have to say I don't know anyone who actually likes them. I haven't liked any of the SW range I've tried; not that I've tried much only a couple of things.
Safe journey home @bubbs. You've had an amazing week weatherise until today, glad you've enjoyed it.
I'm really looking forward to getting away for the weekend. It seems ages since we've been able to get away so I'm sure we'll enjoy it.1 -

Morning all, it's a bit grey and very windy this morning with a few spits of rain in the air. Motorhome is all packed so once we've had lunch and the postman's been we'll be off.
Today's plan:
B - kedgeree - P; S; F
L - scrambled eggs and spinach on toast - HEB; P; S
D - chicken stir fry, noodles - P; S; F
HEA - milk
HEB - bread
Syns - will probably share a bottle of wine this evening which of course means I'll go over syns today but as I don't use all my syns during the week not a problem to rein back in.
Probably won't get on over the weekend as internet is carp in Canterbury which is terrible for a big city! "See" you all Monday or maybe Sunday!
Have a good weekend.1 -
Have a wonderful time away @joedenise@bubbs , sure you were definitely lucky with the weather@mamam, I haven't been to London in more years then I can mind - and me a Londoner
I miss the galleries and theatres and museums etc but thats about it , nothing really calls me home anymore
@Mrsporridge - hope the scales are in your favourMyself, Im over the moon. Got weighed in and got my stone and a half reward. I have now just one pound to go to hit target again and thats coming off next week if I have to cut my arm off to do itI had to pay but I thought I had paid up till next week cos next week was to be my last weigh in before Tuscany so now Im in a quandary , do I buy into the deal they have running now to save a few bob, or do I pay for next week then call target? Only I will be at the high end but then I really dont need to drop another size, clothes are hanging. I also know Im going to put on some when away, Im not skipping or missing out on anything - its all paid for apparently and Ive been sat with the bride to be this morning choosing the gelleto flavours from a choice of 30 most amazing choicesSomething I need to think onOut for dinner tonight so Im doing dust and water all dayIts another occasion where Im not going to be picky. Back on track from Sunday - that will give me six days

Oh @Longwalker well done.
Well I gained half a pound and to be honest I'm surprised its not more. I know what happened, it was the wine plus I did have a few extra bits and pieces and I am not writing it down. So, back on track today and writing everything down and double checking my syns. I really have to be careful because we are away Tuesday and Wednesday stopping at B&B's. I am going to take those John West super lite tuna dishes with me - just checked and depending which one you have they come in at around 3 to 5 syns. They make ideal lunches. So, I am going to try and not go too mad, but be good before we go and when we get back!
Today's plan
B banana
L soup and wholemeal muffin
D home made chicken curry with rice
Berries and yoghurt for snackingDebt free and Keeping on Track1
