I'll have to ask her if that was where they went or whether I got that completely wrong!  I'm wondering whether she's actually still in Edinburgh as when I spoke to my sister this morning she said that my DD was meeting her for lunch on Wednesday.  It's easy to get to Glasgow from Edinburgh as we did it by train when we were there in May.  No doubt I'll find out when I speak to DD when she gets back!

Glad you're feeling up to going to WI @beanielou. 🤞it's not too bad.

I can empathise with the alcohol too @Longwalker. I cut down to mainly weekends only before I started SW. It's not easy to break the habit but worth persevering.

We're having meatballs tonight too @MrsPorridge. I'm using up the last portion from the freezer which is why I made more yesterday. 

Today's EE plan - 
B- HEB toast, HEA 1 milk for drinks, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S) 
L- ham (P), 1 potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S) 
D- meatballs and spaghetti in tomato sauce (F, P, S), HEA 2 Parmesan

I have been a good girl today although had 2 pittas

Bacon, mushrooms, egg, tinned toms and baked beans for brekkie

Chicken salad pitta hexb , banana for our "picnic"

Pizza, pitta 7.5 syns, hexa cheese , BNS chips and salad

Will have fruit and yoghurt later

Today we went to the wildlife and dinosaur park, was lovely, left there said oh lets go Woolacombe only 23 mins with sat nav, Anyway...............there is road diversion, work man says just keep going, at the junction turn right, then there is a big roundabout, but your sat nav will pick it up......................Sat nav tells us to go left, so i go left, OMFG!! took us down all these really steep 1 vehicle wide rds, i was having to drive in 1st gear, did a coupld of wheel spins because of all the leaves and muck on the road 🙄i was crapping myself incase i met another car/lorry/tractor! Thankfully we didn't, but we didn't get to Wollacombe either as sat nav took us back where we bloody started 🤣🤣 

By this time thick mist had come down , just like that, but we stopped at Hele and ate our lunch, was 3 by then, the mist lifted and i took a picture, within 10 mins it had fallen again and we sat there watching it blow like smoke. 

We then went Tesco 😂 hubby said he would have picky tea, that's why i had pitta pizza, gets home i said oh no i haven't got my glasses 😫 he said are they not in the car on the dash? i said i'll go and look, no, i look on the back seat where the bag was we took and on the floor no, he said where did you have them? did you leave them on the bench we sat on in Hele? i said no, Tesco was the last place, he said you look and see if you can find Tesco number and i will go and have another look in the car, he comes back with said glasses 🤣🤣 i said where were they? He said in the boot in your handbag 😂 I have not used my hand bag for 2 days as used a shoulder bag so i could fit drinks in, so not sure how they got there 😂😂 but least i have them
