Well done to all the losers 👏👏. A STS for me today. Fingers crossed it shows next week!

@bubbs I have short hair and asked DS2 this morning if my neck looked thin from the back. He said no, but your second chin has gone at the front! 😱🤣🤣

Waiting to see who’s going to be home before I decide what’s for dinner.

Oh wow look at that omelette - yummy!

I lost 1.5lb at group -whoohoo! I am now back in target range by the smallest margin but it still counts! I've taken another food diary to complete this week. I got some Warburton's bagel thins from Olio on Friday. They are the Protein multi-seeded ones and are HEB.

    Food today:
    B - apple at group - S
L - Bagel thin with 2 tbsp Primula light, apple, hi fi (at cinema) - HEB, HEA, S, 3
D - Iceland chorizo style meatball pasta SW lunch pot - free
    HEA - milk
    Syns - loaded fries 4 plus 3 = 7 total

I'm off to a quiz night tonight and need to leave at 6pm, hence the ready meal for dinner. I'm driving as DH is still away and I will take some chopped up fruit/grapes for my 'nibbles'.

Well done on your STS @Jellybaby.

Brilliant news @Coxy11 on getting back into target range.  I'm sure you'll have another good loss next week with doing a food diary sheet.  I always seem to have good losses when I do one for some reason.  Really don't understand it as I write everything down anyway so that I can keep track of what I'm eating.

Pitta pizza looks good @bubbs.  Do you open it out or leave it doubled?

Well done @Coxy11👏👏👏. It's always a great feeling when the scales settle inside target range. 👍

Sticking to plan will show results @Jellybaby. 🤞for next week and well done on your STS.

That's the right idea @MrsPorridge. Keep your syns low and it should balance out yesterday's excesses.

When are you off on holiday @bubbs? 🤔

Hope your DH is feeling better now @joedenise

I've been out dancing this evening. I was driving so alcohol free. I'm counting a generous 10 syns for my dinner. I mostly had fruit but a couple of pieces of brown bread with smoked salmon and some cheese as well.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA milk, strawberries (S), banana (F)
    L- veggie omelette (P, S, F), ham (P), pickles (S)
    D- buffet selection (P, F, S)
    Syns - 10
