Couldn't believe it but the sun came out about half hour after I posted this morning so ended up doing a machine load of washing which is drying now on the line, if fact it's probably nearly dry, even the towels. I'll do the rest tomorrow as there's not quite enough for a load but there will be by the time we both put out today's clothes as most of it is dark.
Well done @MrsPorridge - that's a great start and there was you worrying that you might be eating too much! I'd certainly suggest you have a glass or two of Prosecco later to use some of your syns - they are there to be used!
I've finally got the freezer inventory typed up, printed and stuck to the freezers with magnets so it's easy to hopefully keep it up to date!
I made enough leek and potato soup for another lunch so that's now cooling before going into the freezer. Going to make a 0% gin and diet tonic jelly this afternoon. If it's set in time we may have it after dinner if not then it will be tomorrow night's pudding.

Well done on your losses @MrsPorridge and @bubbs. 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Really delighted for you @MrsPorridge. 3 lbs!! You've done well to stick to plan and seen a good loss in your first week. SW works! 👍🏼
The bottom end of target is the very best place to be before a holiday @bubbs. Hope you and DH have a great time and stretch that leeway to the max!😁
Sorry to hear you're still suffering @beanielou.🤗
I've done my meal plan and shop today so all set for the coming week. I'm feeling thinner so 🤞🏼 all will be well when I go to WI on Thursday.
Today's EE plan-
B- HEB bread roll toasted, 2 eggs, bacon (P), mushrooms (S)
L- cold chicken (P), fried LO veg and pickles (F,S)
D- salmon and linguine (P,F,S)
Syns- weekend wine0
