Morning all,
Well done on the raffle prize wins @bubbs! Our group was just weigh and go yesterday and next Saturday too - no party or anything (not that I went yesterday).
Great loss just before the big day @Jellybaby really well done xx
Enjoy the NSV compliment @NornIronRose
Will do another Covid test at lunchtime but still feel full of it and no sense of taste or smell. DS1 has said he won't be here tomorrow as can't risk getting it and I totally understand. DH went to DSis, MIL/FIL and SIL yesterday to deliver gifts. He will do the same today with other BIL. I have just been watching Christmas films and drinking tasteless tea. Food has been whatever I fancy, which isn't a lot tbh. Porridge yesterday, cheese toastie at lunchtime and DH bought home McDs as he doesn't want me cooking(!) so I had a cheeseburger and small chips. Still in range according to the scales this morning.

Morning all, like @beanielou I am not on plan now until after the day after Boxing Day. I'm still just about in range according to my scales but doubt I will be Wednesday, my normal WI day!
Great raffle prizes @bubbs. You did brilliantly to win so many. Last Christmas raffle I didn't win anything at all and this year I didn't buy any and knew I wouldn't be at group.
So sorry you'll still feeling rough and not able to taste or smell anything. Can totally understand your DS1 saying he won't be coming to you tomorrow - assume it will just be you and DH now the same as us.
Great loss @Jelly baby. Really good at this time of year, well done.
Enjoy the compliment @NornIronRose. NSVs often feel better than a loss.
Have a good day everyone.0 -
@bubbs, yep losing that 1lb - totally unexpected - has given me the wiggle room for the week. Luckily we were dead in work yesterday so I came home early so only snaffled a couple of chipolatas and matchsticks. Had a crusty roll with some seriously good pate for late lunch and usual pasta and salmon for tea. Today Im making Chinese - mums birthday so her favourite, Its going to be syn heavy cos Im doing duck and pancakes and she loves spring rolls and tempura prawns and Im not going to say no to any
But I shall save myself for that and just take soup when I get hungry today
Christmas Day and Boxing Day Ive no concerns about, dinner is dinner and thats pretty much syn free - there is only so much one can eat. There are no "sharing "treats lying around, mum has her hamper of treats and I got Mr L personal bars for his stocking so unless I actually ask, theres none lying about for me to mindlessly snaffle. Dessert is a tiramisu which Im not fussed on so will probably not botherWednesday is out shopping with a GF so coffee and tray bake is on the cards which I know is happening so thats lunch/breakfast then back to work Thursday, weigh in Saturday so Im hoping not to need the week graceThen of course - Dry January. I start on the 2nd - always do - JIC im in need of a livener NYD. Although all the signs are we are for a quiet night home alone, which is a darn shame as Ive bought a lovely dress. In laws for the day and Christmas dinner ( again ) but shes a lean cook, she doesn't do high fat etc so its always boiled potatoes and steamed veg so Im safe thereSo even if I do need the grace period, fingers crossed the usual weight loss I get when I stop the drink works this time around
@jellybaby, that wee angel has done you proud, well done, great loss on the mouth of Christmas xx@coxy11, sorry you are still rough. Not nice being ill, and contagious at this time of year ((((Hugs)))Im away to work now. Everyone, have a wonderful Christmas , enjoy it as you can and see you on the other side xxxx0 -
Afternoon all 😁
Coxy i know how you feel having it at Xmas 😥😥 bonus for me last year was i ate loads of chocolate and rubbish and lost 1/2lb 🤣🤣🤣
Our consultant loves Xmas and we had been selling tickets for about 6 weeks, there were about 50 prizes! I could have had an omelette maker but as i already have one didn't need one! I think i bought £6 worth over the time. Oh she also dressed up as a Christmas tree 🤣🤣
Well done Tose, can't remember if i congratulated you, better twice than not at all 😂
I have made the pigs in blankets, done some washing, hoovered up, just going to prep veg ready for tomorrow, then washing will be dry, iron what needs ironing so it's not hanging about!
Had ham and cheese egg ras, tomato and pear to eat, tonight i am having a humongous picky plate 😂 on plan, but might have a few chocs watching telly later, we have a few voice episodes to catch up on .
I am having a new pj day today, furthest i am going is shed and washing machine (outside) bought a new Disney pair from tesco, got showered and "dressed" sitting drying my hair , the bloody security tag is still on them!! Luckily i have the receipt , so i am wearing my Christmas pjs 😂 with tag on!!Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance:0 -
