Not a fan of fish unless it's covered in crunchy batter from the chippy! Speaking of which, my new place that I've moved to us above a wee row lf shops with the best chippy in town!
I smell it on my way in each evening and haven't succumbed yet.
Cheese and pickles is an idea for my JP. Beetroot salad is a good shout too.
    In Aldi and really hungry!

After all that, I chucked baby spuds in the airfryer to snack on. Had a salad with some reduced fat coleslaw (2 syns), smoked cheese (hexa), and cous cous. Absolutely delicious and satisfying.
Will save the jacket spud til tomorrow. Got the telly to myself so will catch up on some Masterchef (final tonight and am a few episodes behind), while I munch on the baby spuds. Still have half a hexb, a hexa, and 10 syns if I want them so I'm a happy bunny.
Out with friends and my daughters tomorrow so some syns may go in a hot choc as we will be having a big walk round London in the cold.

    Evening all 😁

Thanks again about my friend, it has knocked me for 6 so soon after losing my Dad too 😥😥

I never knew rib eye was called that because of the round bit of fat 🤣 which i now know thanks to Longwalker is the eye. Denise i usually have rumo, but honest to go this was so much more flavour .

I discovered something today very naughty 🤣🤣🤣 you can get the lid off a tub of roses without breaking the seal, don't ask me how i know 😜  but i did eat one but now they are in the shed otherwise dh would go to open it and it would only be half a tub 🤣🤣🤣

Also don't pick while cooking otherwise you burn your throat, i tested a chip last night , it got stuck in my throat and burnt it 😫😫

    Food picky plate

fake kfc and salad, but couldn't eat cucumber and radish hurt my throat too much 🙈

I don't feel like i have lost weight this week, so fingers crossed

🤞you don't get another loss this week @bubbs or those Roses will definitely have to come out of the shed! 🤣

We had a good dinner from bits I needed to use up. I made 6 burgers from the frozen mince earlier in the week and needed to finish those and at last seen off the final synful sausage (to DH) from a bag DD gave me ages ago.

Didn't eat until after 8 pm as architect/project manager for our extension was here earlier. Now going out to tender for builders so moving along.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB (half) toast, eggs (P), baked beans (F), HEA milk for drinks
L- sardines (P), HEB (half) toast, pickles (S)
D- burger (P), SW chips, LM sausage, more baked beans (F), onions, mushrooms (S)
    Syns - weekend wine 😁
  • Fake KFC looks so good!
Sorry you burnt your throat! Treatment for a burn is minimum 20 mins under running water but you'd be peeing all night!!!
  • @NornIronRose, if you are skipping the butter, use your HEA as the dairy lea lights ( or extra lights ) , use it in mash or jacket spuds, I dont like mash but in a jacket spud its lush, seriously makes you feel like you are eating as "normal"

As for fillings, too late now I know, but for me, a curry , a ratatouille , tuna, beans, egg mayo, chilli , - its where meal planning comes in. Nothing serious, I plan like this, Curry? Yep throw in as much speed as possible and make more sauce. Eat one night, freeze some lunch portions and the wee bit left - well thats a jacket spud filling or poured over wedges - low fat/ low sys comfort food

Morning all, what a horrible day it is at the moment.  Wet and windy.  The rain woke me up a couple of times during the night so not feeling the best this morning.  Hopefully I'll feel better once I've woken up properly!!!

@NornIronRose - tuna mayo is my go to for jacket potatoes if I haven't got any beans open - won't open a tin as just don't use enough so unless I'm planning on using the rest the following day then just not worth it.  If I've got some cooked sweetcorn I'll add that too.  Always use LTL mayo though as it is so low syn - 0.5 syn per Tbs - big difference even to Light Mayo at 2 syns per Tbs.

Very sneaky @bubbs but well done on just having one choc!

Ordered a TGTG bag from Yo! Sushi to pick up at lunchtime today so think that's probably going to be lunch today - will need to check on syns although I know sushi is fairly low syn as I used to quite often buy small packs from Tesco after WI at my old group and that was only 1.5 syns for the pack.  Also hoping to order another TGTG bag tonight to pick up from Morrisons tomorrow.  These usually help keep costs down for the fruit and veg!

    Today's plan:

    B - fry up - sausages, egg, beans, tomatoes, mushrooms - P; S; F; 2
    L - sushi? - check syns
    D - vegetable biryani - S; F

    HEA - milk
HEB - none planned but may have a couple of cereal bars or some Ryvita & Primula Light this evening if I want something
    Syns - LF sausages 2; sushi ?; couple of G&Ts 6

    Have a good day everyone.
