That's a great loss @ruby_eskimo!๐๐ผ๐๐ผ๐๐ผ Delighted for you.
I'm going to Winchester this afternoon to get my hair cut. My hairdresser has been unwell for the past couple of weeks but fortunately she's back today and has fitted me in. It's wet and miserable here too so I won't be wandering around and wrecking my hair!๐คฃ
You're right, it's probably safest to stay indoors @beanielou. The last thing you need is a fall. I'm sure you're disciplined enough to stick to plan even though you're not going to WI.๐
We had loads of veg left after dinner last night. Cauliflower was larger than usual and also did some YS runner beans as well as everything else. I've got enough LOs for a couple of days at least.ย
Today's plan-
B- HEB toast, ham, scrambled eggs (P), tomatoes (S), HEA milk for drinks
L- cold meat (P), potato (F), fried veg and pickles (S)
D- baked salmon (P), SW chips (F), cauliflower steaks, tomatoes, mushrooms, green stuff (S)

Took your advice ladies and have been eating properly.ย
Went for a run this morning. Cold and wet but not slippery so it was fine.ย
Came home and had 2 small slices of wholemeal toast (hexb) with a light triangle cheese (1.5syns) and scrambled egg on top.ย
Might defrost some soup (free HM tomato) and have some chicken breast defrosted for dinner. Might go for a big stir fry. Found a SW recipe for sticky chicken. If I make it spicy dd2 will eat it as well. Will go for rice and veg. I suppose I could do an egg fried rice to make it even more tasty.ย0 -
I'm not able to WI on Friday as- we will be away at MIL's funeral - I have told them at Group and have a week's holiday.ย However, this has not helped my mindset.
B overnight oats
L veggie soup, hard boiled egg with SW humous, watercress, cucumber and tomato and cous cous.
Now the bad part - went for a walk around the village and ended up at the coffee shop and I had a gingerbread hot chocolate with whipped cream and a mince pie.
D peppers stuffed with SW chicken curry with cauliflower, carrots and peas.

Hi everyone,
Great loss @ruby_eskimo xx That Christmas market sounds fab.
Glad your Dmum's news was better than you hoped for @bubbs x
That was a fab TGTG bag @joedenise!
Must be the week for haircuts @maman as I had mine done on Saturday too
A much better day at work - did ward rounds with Assistant General Manager this morning then a patient flow meeting mid afternoon. The hospital is full unfortunately but great to see a command centre in action. I also took minutes at a meeting and did some diary management. Felt I actually added some value today, let's hope it continues.
Food was on plan. DH just finishing off a chilli con carne, bless him he misses having me here to talk to throughout the dayย
Dad having a CT scan tomorrow so will see what happens after that.

๐คthey come up with a plan for your dad after the scan @Coxy11. ๐ค Good to hear your job was more satisfying today. ๐
I'm pleased with my hair but it always takes some getting used to after a cut. It'll be fine for Christmas. ๐
I expect there were a million syns in the coffee shop @MrsPorridge. Such a shame as your menu is good. Try to cut back on syns as best you can. At least you have almost two weeks to take yourself in hand.ย0 -
