Wow well done Bubbs and Longwalker 🎉 and hope you feel better to have an amazing night. You will be one of the glam ones!Never made WI, we have snow! Living in a hilly village has its advantages but not when it snows. I either slide down or am trying to slide up🤣 someone from class posted the main roads were also bad so that sealed the deal and I stayed home.
Also means I never got shopping. No fruit or fresh veg left so it was a ham omelette at lunch time and probably chilli from the freezer and rice for dinner. No gin tonight either as tonic finished 🙈🙈0 -
Hi everyone, I'm home! Had a good, if very cold week on the Isle of Wight. We did a lot of travelling by bus and saw parts of the Island we've never been to before as well as all the ones we usually go to. We ate out every day so no doubt have put on loads as also been eating pastry, cakes and sweet stuff! Will jump on the scales in the morning to see what the damage is. No plans to go to group this week but hope to go next week (hoping to be in target range if not I'll have a grace week before Christmas!).
The line has been drawn and I'm back on plan from tonight with a keema curry with white and wild rice.
Need to get my menu plan done for the next few days so that I can go shopping - also need to have a look what's already in the freezer. I've already got a pork joint out for dinner tomorrow night and some burgers for lunch. There's enough eggs to make omelettes so that will do for breakfast. Right that's tomorrow sorted so no rush to get out shopping early!
Well done @maman, @bubbs, @MrsPorridge and @Longwalker on your losses and anyone else I've missed - I've only had a quick skim through.
As you're now 6lb under target range @bubbs are you planning on dropping your target as you only need to lose another lb? That was an absolutely great shop at the Company shop this week, well done!
Just about to have a cuppa and then I'll have to think about cooking some dinner!
Hopefully back to normal from tomorrow!

Welcome home @joedenise. Sounds like a fab holiday. Damage probably won’t be as much as expected if you were out and about all day. But some will power you have there to draw the line so soon , I’d be tempted for a take out
@Jellybaby , luckily no snow and the main line was gritted up here. Still hairy. Mr L is taking me in for the do but he’s dreadful with the night driving and the fog hasn’t shifted and is getting worse. Luckily my group is next to Tesco so I got the veg in , I got a small joint of beef and a packet of turkey rashers and some pasta and a case of Diet Coke and near passed away at the £40 I spent on basically fruit and veg , and I’ll be back in mid week
@beanielou I’d love nothing better then to be in front of the fire watching strictly and Dr Who. Mr L has just dropped me off and I’m sat in the bar like billy no mates , taxi ordered for 10. Oh happy days , someone I know just walked in. The evening has commenced0 -

Welcome back Denise. Sounds great but cold!
LW hope you have a ball tonight.
Well, I have eaten well so far and have a nicely full tum. Did baby spuds in the airfryer and have been snacking on those. Chucked 2 packs of baby corn in too and gave snacked on those as well.
Made a pot of SW free tomato soup. Not bad and a mug of that was quite warming on a cooooold day.
Had a wee bit of milk in tea so far (1.5 syns).
3 mini babybel lite hexa.
Bought some crisps earlier that are 4 syns per pack so will have a pack of those later and my nightly sugar puffs (kind of addicted to a bowl of those at night).0 -
Rose. How long do you put the potatoes in the air fryer for? About 30 mins. I cut the bigger ones in half so they were all about egg sized.
Is it bad that my 'munchies' time is in the evening and I've come to bed with 2 little packs of crisps, my babybels and sugar puffs? I'm making sure to log everything on the app so I'm on 12 syns tonight, 1 hexa and 1 hexb.
I suppose that as long as I log it all and stick to what the plan is, I should be ok.0
