    Morning all,

A cold one here this morning, -5 when DS left for work at 7 🥶

Fab loss @maman. Crisps and nuts are my triggers so there's no way I'd be able to keep any for Christmas!

Veg wars has started! Thanks for info @bubbs

WFH again and have a hot water bottle and blanket over my knees to keep cosy.

    Today's food:
B - toast (HEB), lime marmalade 4 syns
L - l/over meatballs with spaghetti, Parmesan (HEA)
D - chilli salmon, new potatoes, carrots, peas and sweetcorn (have run out of veg!)

    Have a good day everyone!

Morning all.  Thanks for the veg wars info @bubbs - I rely on you every year to let me know what's what 🤣  Hope the car wasn't too icy this morning and I'm always jealous of your company shop hauls.

Well done on the loss @maman and I definitely can't wait for it to be lighter in the evenings.  Yesterday's walk had to deviate from my usual route as didn't want to be crossing the fields in the dark and so did a couple of loops of the village but was a little boring.

I always have a blanket wrapped around me when working from home @Jellybaby - always have to check that I've tucked it out of sight before Teams calls though 😆

Had some more porridge for breakfast with the last of the blueberries this morning.  Lunch will be...soup? I don't really know to be honest as we don't have a lot in but can raid the cupboard or freezer I'm sure.  Dinner is a jacket potato with beans, cheese and salad as can shove that in the air fryer while we put up the christmas tree.  Might also treat myself to my first mince pie of the season once all the decorations are up.  I'm not a big crisp and nut fan but put a mince pie in front of me and I find it very hard to resist!

Hope you all have a good day!

Not too cold here as such - 2 degrees.

First job, WI I lost 1 lb - and I've got my first stone certificate - can't tell you how pleased I am.  Thank you all on here without this support I'm not sure I would have stuck at it.  I feel accountable and feel I have to post my meals etc - which is definitely what I need.  There is help and support at my group, of course, but this thread is invaluable to me.

    B overnight oats
L/D combined - this is the naughty bit - going to a nearby hotel for a festive afternoon tea.  I am soooo looking forward to it.

I'll be back on track tomorrow.
