Sorry, missed your post @MrsPorridge. Welcome back and good luck for tomorrow! Friday is a good day for WI. 👍
Every morning group I've been to, some people eat after WI so it won't be a problem. Incidentally, SW leaders are called consultants but called by name. @joedenise is right to suggest that you try to keep everything the same every week to get an accurate reading on the scales. I'd suggest, not only the same breakfast but wear similar clothes. Layers work and then you can take off coats and jumpers as the weather gets colder.
How annoying that the housing association and the fridge man both cancelled @joe@joedenise
Eagerly awaiting the review and pictures of your dinner @bubbs. 😁

Good Luck Mrs P, No it's fine to eat breakfast/lunch at group. They call themselves consultants, we may call them something different when we have weighed 🤣🤣🤣Sealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0

Will have to look at the other SMs when I go shopping next time. We don't go to Aldi's! - our local one isn't very nice - always seems dirty!

Must have cross posted @bubbs. Glad your new recipe was a success. Yum! 😋
Shame about your local Aldi @joedenise. We have lots but I prefer my most local one. How well the stores are kept seems to vary with the quality of manager. I can do about 90 % of my shopping there. Lately though I've been buying a bit more veg in Sainsburys for the price matched items as they sell it loose like onions and carrots.0 -
Yes was lovely Maman.
Oh i meant to say planning on having dippy things with my cheese bake and hexb cibatta roll as that's crustySealed pot challenge number 003 £350 for 2015, 2016 £400 Actual£345, £400 for 2017 Actual £500:T:T £770 for 2018 £1295 for 2019:j:j spc number 22 £1,457Stopped Smoking 22/01/15:D:D::dance::dance:- 5 st 1 1/2lb :dance::dance:0 -
Morning all.
Good luck for weigh in @MrsPorridge - and hope the overnight oats are nice 👍
Yes, lots of fresh stuff to use up @maman, but only because DH decided to bring all his crops inside while I was away at the weekend and just leave them for me to deal with 😆 Running out of containers to freeze stuff in so it's a bit of a race against time now 🤣
Had some branflakes and plums for breakfast, lunch is some random vegetable soup and dinner is sausages and mash with various green beans on the side.
Hope everyone has a good day and I'll "see" you in a few weeks (hopefully not the size of a house after all the American sized portions!)Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -
Blast, just typed a post and it disappeared
Have a fantastic holiday @ruby_eskimo I resorted to freezer bags last week and they worked brilliantly fitting around the containers already stacked. Does mean I will be defrosting odd shaped bags of pasta sauce and soup for the next few months 🤣
Good luck for WI @MrsPorridge
Using up pretty much everything that's left in the fridge today. Really enjoying the roasted veg this week too.
Today's food:
B - bran flakes (HEB), raspberries, strawberry yoghurt (0.5 syns)
L - veggie omelette, pickles
D - gammon steak, chips, roasted carrots, broccoli, tomatoes and onions
Have a good day everyone!0
