I'm felling like carp today. Need a boost from you lovelies.
Need to start BP meds tomorrow (pharmacy was shut), and got a text from the NHS saying I've been referred for a weight management thing. Well, can't do any harm!
Need bloods done this week too.
Went for a 3.5 hr hike this morning. Cold and difficult enough but glad I did it.
Missed Parkrun yesterday because I did 5km walks on Thursday and Friday and knew I was going for the hike today.
Now my plantar tendon fasciitis is back with a vengeance in both feet, bursitis is back in my hip and I just feel like everything hurts.
I also jumped on the scales after all my efforts and after eating well and it looks as if I have gained.
Don't know why that would be but I'm feeling grumpy now.

Longwalker it is hard to stay in target harder than loosing , i never have the extras like hexb or whatever they say as would be out straight away.
Rose, only weigh on the day you got to group, if you are scale hopping all the time and don't get the results you want to see could sabatage thinking f*** it i may as well as have had...........your scales probably weigh different anyway, you CAN do this, don't let it drag you down. You can weigh 3 times a day and it would say different every time.
