Hi all,
Completed my induction for new job this morning then went to the funeral. It was a burial and the weather was so so cold and raining. Have told DH no way am I being buried 😢
Had toast and jam for breakfast, took an apple, some mango and a hifi with me. Had a Diet Coke at the wake but no food. DH cooked sweet chilli chicken, rice and tenderstem broccoli for tea.Tomorrow will be spag bol in the SC as all three of us are working in the office 🤗
Good to see you posting @r@ruby_eskimo

Well done Beanielou!!!
And Coxy you are making me drool.
Need to know more about the pizza cheese thing. I'm really struggling these days. Snacking on fruit and veg then so hungry.
Had HM veg and lentil soup at work for lunch. Was going to have mash and beans for dinner, but half of the spuds were off when I went to peel them so dd2 got all of it.
I had a wee slice of cheese, some berries and yoghurt then took myself off to bed with my sugar puffs, well out of temptation's way.
Usually WI on a Tuesday evening but not feeling great this week. Changing to the new class on Wed next week so may just WI this Wednesday. Give myself another day of hardly eating in the hope that I have even a wee loss.
I don't like this at all.0 -

Have a good day tomorrow @Coxy11. Strange for all of you to be in the office. 😊
Sending you a big hug @NornironRose. You really shouldn't be eating as little as possible, no wonder you feel hungry. ☹️ It's a shame about the potatoes and today is done but do try to plan in some filling meals, especially as the weather is so cold and dreary. What sort of things do you like? 🤔0 -
I know I need to eat better but even though I haven't overindulged at all I feel as if I have gained rather than lost.
I was thinking of options this evening like pasta, or an omelette but thought of how many calories they would be so stopped myself. I think if I have had even a STS this week it will be a surprise. Don't know why though.
As my colleague said, I've been in stress and strain for a good while now what with the divorce and house sale and purchase, and I've just come to a bit of a wall.0
