Well done on your loss @NornironRose. 👏👏👏 Hoping to see some really filling meals on the menu next week. 👍

I'll give those crisps a try @beanielou. Ready salted are my favourite. 😋

Thanks for the pep talk. I think you're right. I need to start planning better and eating more.
Made tacos for dd2 and had one myself. Grated some half fat cheddar on it and had the rest of the hexa cheese (45g total) with a wee bunch of grapes.

Had a picky plate of a babybel, sunflower seeds (surprisingly satisfying to nibble) and my sugar puffs. So after only 2 apples today, I've ended up happily eating 14 syns, 2 hexa and a hexb. Well, a bit less than 2 hexa as I only had 1 babybel.

Definitely feel happier with some grub in me. Planning salad with maybe a boiled egg or two for lunch as I'm out for dinner tomorrow evening and hopefully having grilled chicken and salad. If we do go for dessert, our local dessert place does a sundae which is mostly fruit, with some soft whip ice cream. Lowest calorie thing on the menu by far and definitely better than cookie dough! And I hear what you say about calories, but it makes sense to go for the lower calorie option if available as I would have no clue how many syns.

    Morning all,

WFH again and checking in two days in a row, go me 😁

Well done on the loss @NornIronRose and @beanielou - the crisps look fab by the way!

Rose, from (plenty) experience I've found if I don't eat or cut syns too low I constantly pick and end up stuffing myself with all the wrong things, followed by weeks of yo-yo-ing. My meals are big and I'm so looking forward to the Christmas veg war starting so I can fill the freezer!

Got out for a walk after dinner last night, not far and kept to the main roads. It was icy and absolutely freezing but it blew away the cobwebs and I slept better.

    Today's plan:
B - sweet omelette, banana, strawberries, f/f Greek yoghurt
L - tuna salad, salad cream 1.5 yns
D - chicken curry, rice and there's some l/over roasted veg I'll have on the side

    Have a good day everyone.
