  • For those stinkers among us, generally the more constipated, the more smelly.
And constipation and smelliness are usually down to not enough fluids. Unless you have had sprouts or something lol.
I have the opposite problem so rarely pong thankfully as I have zero control after a 4th degree tear.

It's the same here @bubbs. My group is always open and being a Thursday, it won't be affected by the BH. When it is, she either moves the day or just does weigh and go.

We've been to funeral today. Obviously a sad occasion, as BIL had died, but good to catch up with DH's family. We've only seen a few of them since pre Covid I was absolutely 😇and didn't eat a thing. I had lunch before I went so refused to be tempted by any of the sandwiches, cakes and other stuff.

    Today's EE plan -
B- HEB porridge, HEA 1 milk, berries (S), banana (F)
L- ham (P), fried veg and pickles (S), potato (F)
    D- meatballs in tomato sauce (P, F, S) spaghetti (F), HEA 2 Parmesan
    Syns - 0

So sorry for lowering the tone of the thread 🤣 When I started reading @maman’s comment about ‘same here’ I thought she was going to share too oooops!

Sorry to hear about BIL @maman but great disciple from you so kudos x

I’d actually bought LTL mayo so only 0.5 syns so far today. Might have a GnT! 😊

Evening everyone!  Been out all day today and completely fallen off the wagon!  I had 30 syns left for today and tomorrow and have had all of those and more!!!

Didn't make it to Sheffield Park and Gardens yesterday so we went today instead but of course being out it meant needing to eat out.  Thought we'd be able to get a sandwich and cup of tea at the NT place but it was only takeaway teas and coffees available so decided to find a pub on the way home.  Unfortunately there wasn't anything remotely SW friendly on the menu so I ended up with whitebait (shared with DH) followed by fish, chips and peas.  I ate some of the batter but not all of it especially once the bottom batter got really soggy!

Popped into DD1s on the way home as our DGD was there for a couple days as she's got some time off work for revising for a uni assignment - she's a copper in the Met Police but still having doing 2 years of part time Uni - she's not her 2nd year and only has one more 3 week block at Uni next March.  Not seen her since early this year as she doesn't live near us any more.

Not a good idea popping in as DD1s partner (the chef) had made brownies and I just couldn't resist so had a couple of small pieces.

Decided I don't need any dinner tonight though as still feeling really full!  Can have some fruit and yoghurt later if I fancy something.

As far as I know my group is open 52 weeks a year as was my old one.  If my consultant goes on holiday one of the other consultants in the area covers for her and vice versa.  Both consultants used to be members at my old group.  I've worked it out that I don't need to go to WI until the week before Christmas and then won't need to go again until 14 February!  That way I don't need to worry about Christmas, New Year and my holiday as will have time to shift anything I put on (hopefully!).

Will be back on plan tomorrow as don't think I've felt this bloated for a very long time and I don't really like feeling like this!

Doughnuts and ice cream😋😋 hexb for Doughnuts  , now I did an experiment with Squirty cream,  this particular cream is 15g for 2 syns,  each bit on the 2 weighed 2 grams, so cream Doughnuts are going to me on the menu with light Squirty cream as you get more 😋 😀
