    Thank you @WinterWarrior!

Heck yes @foxgloves There are mountains (of receipts to do surveys on) to conquer!

Must get some more yoghurt to support my gut while the antibiotics do their thang, does anyone know of anything else that is useful for helping good bacteria while war is being waged?

Good gut bacteria helpers : kimchi, sauerkraut, live yoghurt, kefir (not the little bottles but homegrown), variety of herbs and spices, cider vinegar that includes the mother.
  • Thank you @beanielou and @Sun_Addict, here's hoping!

Thanks @KajiKita, I think I'll sleep pretty soundly (and soon) after my epic journeys of a whole 40 minutes walking today 😁

Good call @redofromstart, I can only assume that part of the reason this has been dragging on is due to my body not being protected by its usual red wine fortifications 😂
