Must get some more yoghurt to support my gut while the antibiotics do their thang, does anyone know of anything else that is useful for helping good bacteria while war is being waged?

Good gut bacteria helpers : kimchi, sauerkraut, live yoghurt, kefir (not the little bottles but homegrown), variety of herbs and spices, cider vinegar that includes the mother.1
