I'm sorry to see your news about the cat.
  • Still ill.
    Sad about cat.

That is literally all my news.

My life is just sleeping and reading and sleeping and coughing and being exhausted and cross and sleeping.

Thanks for all your kind words x

Oh PiP I'm so sorry to hear both about the puss cat AND you still being poorly. It's really is ludicrously unfair that sometimes life decides to just wallop us around the head with multiple "must deal with" things at once, isn't it!

  • Thanks @EssexHebridean, I must admit to feeling rather sorry for myself at the moment. Day three of the antibiotics so hopefully tomorrow things will feel a bit brighter

I hope you feel better soon. So sorry to hear about your cat. Losing our companions is very hard.
  • Sending good wishes to you - so sad to say goodbye to your cat, they're such characters.  I hope you feel better soon and the antibiotics kick in and do their job.

  • All the fingers still crossed that day 3 of the antibiotics will have been the charm...

    Still ill

Coughing all night, aching all over, ears still blocked and painful

Called Dr and got a call back, she said I can have a nurse appt tomo to look at ear and recommend which over counter product might help ease ear pain, but otherwise its tough luck really and the ears should hopefully clear in about three weeks and the cough should hopefully ease in about six weeks

Feeling very sorry for myself and had a little cry

    Cancelled a big work meeting.

Good thing I've got no appetite as apparently no food money is being earnt this month

I've lost quarter of a stone in a week and am not enjoying the twisty claw feeling in my stomach

Haven't seen Mr PIP for two weeks and don't know when I'll be well enough to see him

Did I mention I'm feeling very sorry for myself?

However since it seems that the only option left to me is mind over matter, I have done some comping, to show willing/a massive eff you to everything.
It was very tiring and I had to have a little nap
