Have you managed to get onto Prolific Academic surveys yet, @PennysIntoPounds? I think you said you were on a waiting list. Hope you get on this year, as I think you would probably build decent monthly earnings, as it's something (often interesting) you could do when you're not feeling well enough to be running around. Nice to think one is assisting academic research too.

  • Nope, nothing doing @foxgloves. My comping luck is so bad I can't even get on a survey provider's list to perform work for under the minimum wage 😂

I earn the most from Prolific and Opinium. I also follow some money bloggers on Instagram who share several ways to make money with a side hustle. For some bizarre reason they also follow me but as I have only posted twice on there they’re going to be pretty bored plus they won’t be getting any money saving tips from me in a month of Sundays 🤣
I get knocked down but I get up again (Chumbawamba, Tubthumping)
  • Quite right @Sun_Addict, you monetise your insights 😁 I look forward to finding you on Insta as an mse influencer
I do Opiniumium but am having so many issues with not being able to access their surveys since they did their revamp
  • Feeling so much like spring today!

    Admin comping tidying

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning a London spa day but would also appreciate some cheese

    Shower and hairwash

    Actual client job hurrah

40 minute walk to Lidl to use the pizza coupon plus found a few books at the bus stop- including one for £2.70 on ziffit!

Finally looked properly at the Nationwide 8% offer- would actually be £7 a year better off with the money in an easy access, but glad I investigated

Morrisons being a pain about loyalty card. Apparently asking for a new one to be sent to me is akin to asking them to deliver celery to Mars

    Laundry

Another 20 minute walk, and a neighbour was getting rid of more books- must be the spring clean feel!
Kept some as not the sort of thing I would usually read- Sapiens by Yuval Noah Harari looks particularly interesting/challenging. How pleased with yourself would you be if you'd got Barack Obama and Bill Gates to write a cover quote for your book!
One I probably won't read has been accepted on ziffit for 50p

Couple of receipt surveys from the teetering pile

Have excused myself from any situps as I don't want my shoulder to actually fall off
  • Evening @PennysIntoPounds.  Just popping by to say hello.  Your celery to mars comment made me laugh.
I enjoyed reading Sapiens.  I am a keen reader but it took me a while to get into it.  Glad I persevered.  As you say, those endorsements would make you feel you’d arrived!!

  • Thanks for letting me know it's a 'persevere' one @Less_Talk_and_More_Action

I’ve been avoiding ‘Sapiens’ since someone bought it for me for Christmas…. I guess I will have to read it now! 🙄😂

I shared the celery to Mars comment with Mr KK and it made him chuckle - thank you for that 😊❤️

Ha, it doesn't look easy-going @KajiKita but we might give ourselves an edjucashun! Although let's not both give up and put it on ziffit at the same time or we'll lower market demand 😂
    Glad Mr KK was amused

Oh that's annoying @beanielou We don't usually shop there so if they're going to be a pain we just won't shop there at all- they are right next to a Lidl!
