Like there's no sense in life and death, there is also no sense in the build process @doingitanyway @beanielou. The brokers who were very quick to respond when it was our problem have noticeably not responded since I said 'well it was your valuation so you'll have to adjust it won't you'.

You're a better woman than me, @Blackcats. I'd happily cook our stressed out, sad & fed-up lovely PiP the described meal...... but it would not be adulterated by blimming beans!
