    Miss Feral is on her way.  She has murdered the feather string thing on a stick three times and needs some real action now
    Made it to mortgage free but what a muddle that became

    In the event the proverbial hits the fan then co-habitees are better stashing their cash than being mortgage free !!

    I came across this and it made me think of you. There might be some useful names in it as contacts?

    - When bought house £315,995 mortgage debt and end date at start = October 2039 - now £222,084
    - OPs to mortgage = £12,881 Estd. interest saved = £6,203 to date
    c. 16 months reduction in term
    Fixed rate 3.85% ends October 2030

    Read 13 books of target 52 in 2026 as @ 12th February.
    Produce tracker: £39 of £400 in 2026

    How very dare you, I am both extremely athletic and also have an easygoing nature ideally suited to group games in the park 😂😂😂

    Yeah okay I'll probably give it away or if no-one wants it, stick it in the boot sale pile
