Blimey well done for getting that right @Blackcats, I had to check several times to make sure I'd got it right in my draft listing.
Though tbf I was trying to do a sum the other day which came to £10.14 and my brain declared it was ten tenty-four 👀
I stand by tenty being a thing.

Apparently it's worth about 40 cents in actual currency but possibly a few hundred quid in collector's worlds so want to make sure I list it in the right place. Annoyingly ebay seems the most likely of the general listings places but if you live-vlogged yourself walking to the buyer's home with the tracking number tattooed on your forehead, ebay would still say 'buyer said it hasn't been received so we're refunding them all the money and charging you for the postage. Btw that tracking order is actually ebay copyright so you owe us one hundred trillion. In UK pounds.'

    20 minute walk is good.

You are right 8-1 is not an appointment. How did we come to accept these so called 'appointments'

I was pleased with my extra walk @doingitanyway as it would have been easy to sack it off until tomorrow but I adopted a positive attitude and got the sale sent.
I have now used up my positive attitude allowance and will resume the grumbling about 8-1 not being a bloody time 😂 These companies take the mick knowing we're powerless. I get that jobs might take longer than expected, there might be travel issues etc, but surely they know where you are on the list of jobs and approximately how long the jobs before should take and could just text 'soz running late by X mins/hours' rather than making you arrange your day around sitting there like a wally. And that's if they deign to show up, looking at YOU skirting boards contractor

Most firms who give a vague 8-1 type appointment usually follow up with a narrowed down time slot on the day and keep you informed about delays. It’s only common courtesy to do this, no excuse why they couldn’t 😞

Yeah this firm very much does not @Sun_Addict! No-show wasn't even marked as an ongoing job when I chased, just 'that was your appointment and its in the past now so done'. Had to accept a new appointment in nearly two weeks time. Don't mind us, we're absolutely fine with rodents running around our home, no worries at all 🙄

Shoulder sore and energy-sapping today but managed:

    Usuals
    Receipt survey
    Few enquiries about Zimbabwean note

    Shower and hairwash
    Survey
    Laundry
    Survey cashouts to usual pots

Entered some competitions, today I'm mostly looking forward to winning 1k

Small walk, about to meet a couple of friends for a beer (with camra discount), and give them some plant cuttings

    Happy Friday everyone 🍻

Sorry your shoulder is sore and energy sapping  :/
A couple of friends for a beer is good...a friend for a couple of beers marginally better  :)

I’ll second sorry for the sore shoulder. However your daily efforts to at least shower amaze me.  Since I retired I’ve become increasingly lazy at showering let alone washing my hair and I’m technically healthy. I have rediscovered a quick sink wash so don’t reckon I stink!

Good luck with that note sale and good vibes it goes well.
